Staff is fairly nice and helpful. They seem to be out of food items very often. The back counters and grill area look very messy and sloppy.

Usually I get ignored when I have a pickup. They don't say hi or tell you they'll be right with you. There is a pickup shelf but they don't use it so it's just me awkwardly standing there until someone eventually acknowledges me.

WARNING: If you are a guy and you get the girl that looks like a pre teen boy serving you up. You are gonna get skimped so bad on the meats. BUT if you are a girl and you get her she will hook you up. I go here often and without a doubt have noticed and seen the portion difference. Also the workers here in general are slow and suck at their job lmao

I came at 1030 pm , when I walked in the door staff rolled there eyes, heard staff talk bad about us because of time we came in, then when she put her gloves on she rolled her eyes

The tables in the dining area were dirty, with no one available to clean. The restrooms were also dirty with the trash overflowing. My husband had tacos that were greasy, and my chicken bowl had a lot of Gristle.

Saw the advertisement for the beef barbacoa, so decided to try it, the beef that I got was not shredded like the commercial, it was chunks of fatty meat! Will not be eating there again. And the people that work there were not friendly at all, and had to wait for someone to come to the register so I could pay👎🏻

Worst chipotle experience of my life maybe the worst customer service experience. I seen that guy with black hair photo on yelp as well and multiple people claimed how annoyed he looked. Anytime i asked for something extra he looked so annoyed and act like its the end of the world. Nothing was said because everyone has a bad day but tou cant have a bad day everyday at work especially dealing with customers

It was so dirty...the kitchen area, food prep area, and all the tables were soooo dirty. Also, the person taking our order seemed annoyed/bothered. Customer service was terrible.
I like chipotle, but this location was so dirty haven't been back.

Came on a Friday night and waited in a long line. When it’s our turn to order, they tell us they are out of shredded cheese, mixed greens for the salad, and fajita veggies. This place is poorly ran by teenagers
