First time coming to this Chipotle and I walked in and there was a very short line but they took 10 minutes for like each person and then they gave me very small amounts of everything and then I found not one but 3 hairs in my food. I tried to be nice but this is completely diabolical and I will not be coming back.

Went to get dinner on Thursday night,4:30pm, Left 6pm, Was Unbelievable line was longgggggg, wayyyyy to longggggg cuz of special offer they had for dodgers fan. I Saw 👀 many people walked out also. If they know they shall be busy management should had put more employee's to help out and speed up the service. Unfortunately staff are not friendly at all, they missed up my friend's order, 😕 😢 food came out wrong, and she over charged me.

the worst chipotle i have ever tried!
Just ordered chicken bowl and got literally 4 small pieces of chicken. I asked if they could add lil bit, they said that was normal portion, 4 pieces excuse me?? Rice was half cooked, i don’t even know what to start from. Won’t recommend.

Usually I get ignored when I have a pickup. They don't say hi or tell you they'll be right with you. There is a pickup shelf but they don't use it so it's just me awkwardly standing there until someone eventually acknowledges me.

WARNING: If you are a guy and you get the girl that looks like a pre teen boy serving you up. You are gonna get skimped so bad on the meats. BUT if you are a girl and you get her she will hook you up. I go here often and without a doubt have noticed and seen the portion difference. Also the workers here in general are slow and suck at their job lmao

The tables in the dining area were dirty, with no one available to clean. The restrooms were also dirty with the trash overflowing. My husband had tacos that were greasy, and my chicken bowl had a lot of Gristle.
