We got the Oreo birthday cake chocolate taco. Everyone was nice. The location was clean. The chocolate taco was a bit pricey and not very fresh tasting. The waffle cone was kind of chewy the chocolate was a little thick and the taco crushed when you took a bite. There is plenty of parking and easy to find. 7 out of ten recommend. They have restrooms for customers.

$14 for a cup of chocolate coned Oreo ice cream? I was thinking $7-8 dollars but no it was $14 but the lady was very nice so after tip it was $17 for a small cup of ice cream 😂😂. Don’t come here if you are in a budget. Go to the ice cream store downtown Glendora

Worst cold stone I’ve been to. Horrible staff, very undertrained and unprofessional. They skimp on the portion. This is literally the ONLYYY cold stone I’ve been to that doesn’t fill up the ice cream container. I didn’t even know cold stone was capable of visibly under filling the ice cream pints. All cold stone I’ve been to overfill. This cold stone skimped me of 1/10 to 2/10 of the ice cream container. Again, staffs were very undertrained and didn’t seem knowledgeable. At the end of the day ‘we’re a new place ’ shouldn’t even be used as an excuse to get away with the less-than-standard service of the cold stone chain.

This is my second time coming here. I decided to give it a second try.I go to Covina and San Dimas location a lot and get the same thing Oreo overload and the one at this location the taste and texture is not good I am not sure why it should be the same but my husband I ended up throwing it away. The sweet cream ice cream is different.

New store! We needed a birthday cake (for me :), but waited too long to order. My sister called the AM of my birthday, & the woman who answered said it was her first cake and she was nervous. After some discussion, she said she could do it. Even before the stated time, she called to tell us the cake was ready! It was beautiful and delicious and she made my day! Glad to have this store :)
