Ordered online to be delivered 4 days ago for dinner Two burritos no sauce (they were smothered with green sauce) two crispy tacos no lettuce , tons of lettuce on both. When I called them for a refund I was told to call corporate headquarters. I won't be going back.

Dear owner, please schedule more people to work during the dinner hour to ensure hot food, good service and a clean kitchen. The young woman running things today at 5:55 pm did not handle a complaint from a customer well. The customer was rough but she made the situation worse. Team training, more staff and cleaning needs attention.

CONSISTENTLY POOR SERVICE. They act like walkin customers are a nuisance. Twice I've been promised coupons by corporate for bad experiences. And twice they havent sent them. I stopped going here

Consistently poor service. I had a coupon for double del cheese burgers. However, at the counter, they informed me NO BURGERS TODAY. When I asked if I could use the coupon the next day, I was told NO. When I called the 800 complaint number, the person I spoke with acted like I was bothering her. Finally she said they would email me a voucher compensating me for my time and trouble. No voucher ever came. POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND. It's too had because I like the food and convenient location. However Del Taco staff just dont care about their customers!

I eat here frequently. The food and service is inconsistent - some times good, some times not so much. But I like the menu, the value and the convenient location.
Girl who took my order was not friendly at all, looked very annoyed as I ordered. Didn't once smile or even say thank you, just said "here you go" with food and walked away. Bad employees can destroy a business. SMH...

It seems like none of the workers really want to work there they throw their food together. never the proper amount of cheese or lettuce on the tacos or the beans burritos. Some of the girls there have a hard attitude with customers.😠Too bad it's been there for 40 years Laverne )Covina) &San dimas are 3 1/2 4 Stars one Star in Azusa stop going there😠prices of 20 cents higher 40 cents higher
