SOOOO GOOD!!! Itâs a smash burger which I didnât know or I would have been here sooner and ordered a double-my favorite!! Hormone and Antibiotic Free beef is really important so we search out those options out, when possible. The woman who took our order was super sweet and helpful! We had the Holy Aioli burger and The Old Town Hot Dog along with a side of totsââSeriously all amazing! We live in OC but had to come to the area for a meeting and love The Public Market anytime weâre close by. Hoping thereâs an OC location.

I LOVED my dining experience! This is my second time visiting and it was just as delicious as I remembered! The Holy Aioli is my go-to item to order. The bread was well toasted, the meat was juicy and tender, and the caramelized onions were so flavorful. My partner had the hot dog and loved it as well. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful and the food was ready in no time! There were no issues with parking and there was plenty of room to sit.
