I don't understand the business with the kiosk that you have to make your own order, and at this location the service is terrible, 😠after the only cashier was dealing with a customer for more than 20 minutes, they told the rest of customers we were waiting that we can order on the kiosk, is some guy I don't know what kind of position he has but he was there with no uniform, jeans 👖 long hair and he was walking between the kitchen and the dining room 😔.. the restaurant wasn't busy but duty.

not happy with service.. placed order and went to pickup around 10:10 PM.. you know store is closed... time and energy wasted.. now i need to work ok refund..
Can't rate the food, because I didn't get any! Walked in planning to order. Standing at counter waiting to place an order with somebody, because I was going to pay with cash, so I couldn't use the self ordering screen. Female worker was busy cleaning up the containers behind the counter that hold the food once cooked. It was around 8:30 p.m., so this made me think maybe they close at 9, no problem if they did. Only to find out after leaving, they're open until 10:30. Female worker never once acknowledged anybody while I was there!
What Kind of Pollo Loco Is This Lol?! 😂🤔. I ordered a Simple DoorDash Double Pollo Bowl Street Corn & 2 Diet Sodas, & The Lazy Ass Workers Were SO STINGY AND SELFISH that They only put about 5-7 Pieces of Chicken In My Salad Bowl. NOT TO MENTION THAT I ordered EXTRA SALSAS, & NONE WERE THERE IN THE BAG. AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR DAY TO BE RUINED BY NONSENSE.

Dirty floor, dirty tables, very few employees, locked bathrooms, employees tell you to order from a kiosk. Food was genuinely quite good though, fresh and hot. But I shouldn't come into an establishment Wondering where the heck I should sit because every table needs to be wiped down and the floors are disgusting with dirt marks and random marks and hairs and sticky spots all over the floor and tables. Strange smell in the restaurant as well, when I enter a restaurant I want to smell food not. a weird metallic musky smell. The good is good but not $30 for 2 people good. we got combos, a burrito and a bowl..both were tasty but they only give you 1 salsa container which for some isn't a lot

Absolute terrible service.I ordered here today at this restaurant for a 5:15 delivery, and my dasher came at 5:00.I get some people have trouble with my location, but after confirming he was in the same parking lot as me, I told him to drive to the front of the parking lot where I was waiting.It's only been 5 minutes and this man keeps yelling, "Hello? Hello? Hello? Where are you? I said I was here and your not here!!".He kept yelling a couple other things that I could not understand because of his heavy language, but he moved to a new location, without my approval, and misdirected me into a completely different parking lot.So not only was I frustrated walking around the wrong parking lots, but this man continued to yell at me, giving me the wrong parking lot name.He finally saw me walking by and called out to me, and with the most michevious smile and said "Oops, sorry."This is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated like this, nor should any employee be allowed to get away with this.I still know his name too, if this location would like any more information about my dasher.

I just went this week and let me say I was impressed. I was hoping to not get disappointed like before , they have become more friendly and fast. Their quality of food was great as well I asked for juicy and juicy I received. Thank you I was satisfied with my purchase.
