Habibi's Hot Chicken

The Mac and cheese was so bad the cheese was watery and the pasta under cooked. The chicken was over cooked and so dry. I’ve never made a review before and want people to know this place was so bad. Spent $30 just to throw the food away.

This place is 💣! I drive from the Glendale area just to crush the Shosho's fries. The box is fully loaded, and every bite is delicious! I highly recommend Habibi's. There's nothing like it around here, and I've tried a dozen different places. I hope this place stays around for a long time. 🙃

Nice place

Came in and the food was made to order so there was a little wait. To me that's a plus. The food was fresh and delicious. Don't know what the habibi sauce is but it was great to dip my chicken tenders and fries with... Even dipped my Texas toast. Next time I go I'll be sure to take pics to show off the food.

This chicken is the best around! Every piece is cooked perfectly and is tender and juicy! We love the sauce and a drizzle of honey :) My kids love the waffles too.

Final score 8.4/10. I got the #3 combo, so it’s 1 slider and 1 tender plus fries or Mac n cheese. I got the Mac n cheese. The sandwich was good, but the tender was more long than wide, but it had good girth to it too. The sandwich slaw was average, nothing special, the bun was dense and more packed than Dave’s hot chicken. I didn’t like that because it made the sandwich heavier. I give the sandwich a 7.8/10. The slider was amazing. It was girthy, and long. It was juicy and delicious. I give the tender a 9.6/10. The Mac n cheese was more like a pasta, so I give it a 8.0/10. It wasn’t cheesy at all, but it had good flavor and it was perfectly al dente. I like that condiments were accessible like honey or hot sauce or ketchup. Their special sauce is more flavorful than Dave’s hot chicken, but it’s basically the same thing. But why on earth are they charging for extra sauce? I don’t like that I had to pay extra for more sauce or if I wanted more pickles. That seems like a cheap move by the owner. Overall the prices for the combos were the same as other hot chicken spots, but individual items were extremely expensive. So would I eat here again? I don’t know. The prices are somewhat outrageous. How did I spend $26 for a combo and a milkshake? That should be $16 max. Dave’s Hot Chicken is more delicious and cheaper!

This is your typical hot chicken spot. Food is good, employees are kind of rude and prices are fair.

My buddy lives in the area and swears by this place. I wasn’t in the mood for hot chicken but I wanted the toast.

Shockingly this was really good chicken, My buddy got this strange chicken, Mac& cheese and fries combination. Man I wish I got that.

I ordered my spice level at Hot and I should’ve went up a level. I like spice and the hot was mild.

Chicken was flavorful and they give you a huge portion. It was so hard for me to finish the whole meal. But I did not give up. ?

Great food, huge portions and fair prices. I say give them a try.
