Just picked up dinner 3 subs.. One of our sandwiches had 2 hairs in it. I did a pick up So I didn't notice how many workers honestly. But my son was grossed out. Please Please wear hair nets, or something to prevent that. We love the subs here.

8:20 I placed a uber eats order and 10 minutes later that cancel my order! Why!!! The driver was outside ready and you guys close at 9pm!! Not at 8:20. Horrible customer service.

I want to preface this review by saying the quality of the food was good and the staff were friendly. With that said, I was in there about an hour ago and when first walking in there was nobody else in line and there were two employees behind the counter, a male employee and what seemed to be a new male employee. Ordered 5 sandwiches and midway through the employees slicing the bread about four other customers came in. The staff quickly became overwhelmed and the trainee who was making my order seemed a bit lost and left out things from my order. When I got home the club sub I ordered didn’t have bacon or mayo in it. Only 1 of the 5 sandwiches ordered was correctly made. This is in no way on the staff working, again, they were very polite and did the best they could, but maybe management should think about having two employees working with a trainee so if a rush does happen the trainee isn’t overwhelmed.

Employees are very nice..especially the short latin girl...only thing is the floor behind the counter is filthy and the back of the house..they have to step up the cleanliness...thats about it..food is good too.

I just had the BEST experience at Jersey Mike’s, all thanks to Sandie. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel like a VIP. Her energy is contagious, her attention to detail is unmatched, and she made my sandwich with such care you'd think she was serving royalty. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in giving every customer an amazing experience. Sandie is the gold standard for customer service — Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I placed an online order and i waited over an hour for it. Couldn’t get through to speak with anyone and the automated service kept hanging up. I recommend going to a different jersey miles if you want to get what you paid for

I recently visited a Jersey Mike’s location and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were no other customers inside — only myself. I ordered a #26 meal, and the staff informed me it would be ready shortly.

After I placed my order, two more groups entered: one was two women with a child, and the other was a food delivery driver. The delivery driver received their order quickly and left. The two women also placed their orders separately and were served promptly. Meanwhile, I continued waiting for my food. When I stood up from my seat, a staff member told me it would still take a little longer.

When I finally received my food, I noticed that although my receipt clearly stated “Take Out,” my order was handed to me without a bag.

This experience left me feeling very uncomfortable. It made me wonder — was it because of my limited English skills, or possibly because of my skin color?

I have had positive experiences at other Jersey Mike’s locations before, but unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work to ensure all customers are treated equally and respectfully.
I truly hope this location can improve their service, so that no other customer has to experience the same disappointment in the future.

Can't go wrong with JM's! Been coming to this location for a while.

Their bread, ingredients and meats are always fresh and definitely more filling than Subway...I mean way better than subway no comparison hands down. I've only had a couple of issues with online ordering.

Which are the food is not ready when the app notification says it is and often times I order ingredients on the side they often forget to put those in the bag and I'm sure it's because they are busy.

I just have to remind them when i get there to pick up my order that's the reason for 4 stars.

Other than that place is always clean and staff is friendly, food is tasty and fresh!

Jersey Mike’s is great but the employees here are even better. Extremely busy with online orders coming in but they still keep up with those that are coming in to order and do it extremely well.
