We visit KaoMunGai about once a week for takeout, and it’s a total lifesaver. My 2 yr old is obsessed with their chicken thigh (dark meat) and rice. Even without the sauce, the food is so flavorful and tender that he clears his plate every time. Consistently delicious and perfect for a quick, healthy family meal!

If you’re tired of the old local Thai and Chinese food options in the area, this is a delicious new alternative. The hainan chicken dish is cooked to perfection and served with refreshing flavors of sauces. The staff are friendly and kind. My husband and I are definitely coming back for more.
Been going to Kaomungai for a while now for some solid Hainan chicken and fried chicken. It was a Saturday morning and I was looking for a takeout option and kept this store in mind. For ordering, I visited their website, browsed the menu, and then placed my order. The website accepted Apple Pay, so that was convenient for mobile ordering. There’s also photos for anyone that prefers visuals.
I got (1) poached dark meat chicken over rice and (1) fried chicken over rice. Quality of food remains good and consistent. Portion size was more than enough to share among two people. They are also generous with their sauce selection and included spicy bean, spicy, sweet & spicy, and ginger scallion available. Pickles and soup were also provided and all nearly packed in the containers.
This order was placed right around when the store opened. I went to pick it up and they had everything ready upon mentioning my name.
Great spot and I couldn’t recommend it enough!
