Although the menu wasn't explained and I order something I'd usually never go for, the food was great. The chicken portion was large, cooked evenly and perfectly. FYI, they serve chicken sandwiches cooked 2 ways. Nashville style has a dry rub and the "flavored" chicken combos is tossed in your choice of sauce.

Reasons for the low rating:1. The person frying the chicken in the back was speaking on the phone the whole time. She had a phone in one hand while frying chicken with the other. This lasted for about 15minutes. After hanging up the phone, the person did not bother to change her gloves but instead continued to operate the kitchen and handle food.2. The soda fountain was out (only Coke and diet Coke available). This wouldn’t have been a big issue had the person that took my order told me about this earlier.3. I dined in. Most of table-side condiments and napkins were out. I went to several different tables to look for ketchup, but couldn’t find any, so I just had to ask the person at the register for the small packets of ketchup.4. Overall dine-in area and kitchen did not look very clean.5. The food: Sando Chicken was good, but the chicken tenders were dry, and the fries was not as crispy as I hoped + the texture felt a little grainy (the kind of grainy that usually comes with supermarket-bought frozen fries).6. Relatively pricey. I ordered a chicken tender combo + chicken sandwich combo, which totaled to be around $44 (I gave additional for tip, but probably not well deserved for the experience I had). I say it’s relatively pricey because I think you can easily get better deals and better tasting food at other restaurants.

I didn't like the batter on the tenders. It was chewy and dry on the outside and juicy in the middle. Toast was pretty good. Portions were very generous. Too many sauce options. Not sure if they were trying to compete with a wing stop.

Outstanding customer service by Chayenne and super delicious chicken tenders! We also tried the sweet potato fries, which were great!

Delicious chicken and love the sauce options. The tenders are super juicy and big, and the fire soy is so good. The sandwich is so so good. Waffle fries hit too.

I was in the mood for chicken and decided to try this spot. I opted for the 4 piece combo which comes with your choice of toast or Mac n cheese, fries and a drink. I ordered the chicken mild and it had a kick to it and I wish I had ordered the Original. I loved their house sauce - it went well with the fries and toast. Their ranch was also delicious but the bread had my heart. It tasted like Texas toast! The Chicken tenders are really huge and I would recommend ordering two pieces only. The service was super friendly and very informative. It's a small restaurant, clean and quiet. This was better than chicken now and chic fil a. I would definitely recommend dining in as my chicken was not as crispy when I got home due to the moisture.

Kid-friendliness: Large chicken strips. Must have!!!

Lemme just say this: the chicken, the quality, and the flavor were all really good! Howeverrrrrrr, the salad? It was kind of a joke. The pic is self explanatory but it was thrown in romaine lettuce with a chicken finger cut up on it and some cheese. And it was $15.99 w/a Coke. That was outrageous. My husband got a whole sandwich combo for less! Glad we tried it but we won't be going back.Over $30 for lunch? It's a bit ridiculous.

Let's show some love to our local Legend Hot Chicken foodie restaurantI've been frequenting this place to get dinner for my family. Usually I order on the phone and pick up my order to-go and have dinner on the table for me and my fam in minutes.... Voila! I've tried several dishes and love everything I've tried so far. My fam loves everything so far too. Our favorites are the chicken tenders, hot chicken sandwiches, mac and cheese, their homemade sauces, and of course their French fries The owners are the sweetest couple. I believe their names are Jean and Andy. You can tell they really care about their business and our community. Let's keep them around and thriving! Happy Eating my friends

I had been craving a hot chicken sandwich for a while, and when I was looking for lunch the other day, this came up on Yelp right next to me. Drove over there in the pouring rain and it was totally worth it.I had the sando combo and subbed waffle fries. I got the sandwich hot and I kinda wish I got medium because I paid for it the next day. It was very good though, would definitely get it again. Waffle fries were seasoned just right and had a nice crunch.

The Glendora shop is very consistent each time I have been there. The tenders are huge- the 4 pieces is like eating a whole chicken. The chicken sandwhich (Sando) is 2 tenders of juicy white meat. Sweet potato fries are crispy and flavorful. Onion rings are ok, little thin on the batter. My favorite is the shrimp tempura it is crispy and the breading is perfect. Waffle fries are perfect.I didn't like the popcorn shrimp it tasted like chicken tenders bought from the freezer aisle. The fried squid had little meat. But I am always full and satisfied everytime I come here and the staff is lovely.

This is Korean fried chicken at its finest. The wings here are absolutely unreal. Best Korean fried chicken wings I've ever had. SO SO crisp thick coating, perfectly cooked and very juicy. Beautifully seasoned. The honey bee sauce is so delicious. Just a small hint of chilli. My husband loooved the flavored chicken sando. He had the chicken tossed with the sweet spicy sauce. You can choose to have it made with mac & cheese or coleslaw. We did coleslaw and it went so well with the sandwich. It's a saucey sandwich. The sauce was dripping out like crazy. My husbands been talking about the sandwich everyday since we went lol

I've been all around the states and am from the south so was around this style of cooking growing up - and I must say l, this was by far the best chicken sandwich I've had in a very long time! Absolutely delicious! I got the Sando with coleslaw toss in the sweet and spicy sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly and made fresh to order. It had a nice crisp breading, not too heavy and thick though - just right! The bun was soft and warm. Everything about it was just so satisfying. Boy, just thinking about this sandwich makes me want another one right now! Highly, HIGHLY recommended. The wings were also out of this world..

I've got to be honest, the first time I popped in here I walked right back out after looking at the prices. Then, after a few conversations with some friends telling me the quality and the quantity and overall flavor I thought I'd give it a shot.I got the lunch special and was blown away, not only at the quality, but at the taste and overall service.I will be back and I am singing the praise of this place. It's definitely not your typical chicken strip !Quality chicken strips made with Quality ingredients.

I was excited about Dave's Hot Chicken opening in West Covina, but I've gotta say it, Legend is even better. I don't need Dave's anymore. The Hot Nashville chicken sandwich I got is the best I've had in recent memory. The chicken is thick and juicy, and the mac and cheese on the sandwich took it to the next level. If you love chicken sandwiches, you NEED to try this place.
