My order was missing a sauce. When I went to the counter and requested it, the staff ignored me several times. She only looked at me and did not respond. When she finally replied, she was impatient and said, “It’s not that simple,” which was extremely unprofessional.
I was only asking for the sauce that should have been included in my meal.
McDonald’s has already lost many of the advantages that attract customers. Please do not lose more customers because of poor service attitude.
I hope you can take this matter seriously and improve the customer service at this location.

I've stopped by after work on my way home and I have to say that even though there's one closer to my house this Mc Donald's is ALWAYS amazing. Food is Fresh including CRISPY HOT Fries!! The people who work there are ALWAYS friendly and polite... Restaurant is always clean as well as inviting 🍔🍟
Super rude manager in the morning, I came in with my skateboard, with a unopened pack of beer she asked me if that was beer I said yes in confusing, I replied I don’t plan on drinking it here and it’s not open she said I wasn’t allowed to have it inside and she wasn’t gonna take my order, I left the pack outside she rise her voice saying once I order my food that I need to leave immediately, once my order was order no one said anything that it was ready or if I wanted any Condiments, I stood up waiting, the manger then said “what are you waiting for your food been there for five mins take it and leave” in between this she decided to take a personal call on the McDonald’s phone for one of her workers.
Then after I asked for hot picante sauce she made repeat myself multiple times, and said she couldn’t understand me, then the other works said Mexican hot sauce she then made a disgusting face look at me and said it’s call Mexican hot sauce not hot picante I grab my food and said thank you have a nice day, she just completely ignored me horrible experience after a long night of working and just wanted to enjoy my food.
This is the manger I found a picture of her in other reviews where she was completely rude to other customers.
