This location rarely gets your order correct. The food tastes like it's old and had been reheated several times before serving it. The fries are always stale and nasty. There is one friendly employee but besides that one, the rest are not friendly at all. I'd rather drive further to a nice friendly McDonald's that actually gives me my correct full order and fresh fries then eat at this one.

I went there this morning. My daughter had a softball game in that area. I told her good morning. The managers name was Anna. She was so rude so horrible and I was telling her that I was waiting for my daughter to get out of the bathroom to order and she said well ma'am, you need to hurry up or you need to not when there was nobody in line. I asked her for her name and I said can you please not be so rude she was so disrespectful. She was even yelling at her own people in the morning the man behind me said ma'am I never got my coffee. She says when I have time I'll get the coffee. I've never been to a McDonald's. I travel for softball, we always stop at McDonald's but that was the first McDonald's I ever went and got such a rude lady. She wouldn't even give me her name. One of the employees gave me her name because she said yeah she's always getting in trouble.
Anna, if you do not like your job, please do not work in a customer service. You were horrible and so disrespectful in front of my daughter. I am so embarrassed for McDonald's to have such a worker like this. This lady is crazy and unbalanced.

Kid at the first window is obviously on his phone. A new sign on the second window to "not verbally harass employees", I suspect customers are frustrated with the attitude in his voice when asking people to repeat themselves, just to give the wrong order anyway :/

Their drive thru sign has been broken for literally years and they don’t care. You can’t even see the menu. Hash browns are $2.89.

Cold fries issue a couple of times. ordered no onions and I got onions. eating late at night maybe that is the problem.....must be tired workers. Love the McDonalds app though.

the app allowed me to purchase for in store pickup, paid my money, walked on over (it's about a block from home) and the lobby was locked tight, at 6AM... why allow pickup when the lobby was closed? Eventually I got an employees attention and after a bit of arguing they brought me my food but it was super inconvenient

Was asked to pull forward, waited 5 min they brought out the wrong order. Waited another 5 min and they finally got me my food. Opened the bag and fries and burger were cold yea I won’t be coming back here these guys are morons

One grill down all bad... Waiting 30 min for the food all bad... cashier had attitude all bad.. order left on the counter food got cold all bad... Drive thru line was down the street all bad...

I always use the McDonald's app through the drive-thru to purchase the sweet tea, diet coke, or a mocha frappe. Otherwise when it's busy it takes a little longer to get your purchase but all in all it's pretty good service
