Great service and food was served fast.
Got a bunch of lazy kids working these days. Giggling on the speakers are can’t hear for the life of them. Get some better work ethic. My 14 year old daughter would not have service this bad

Drive through worker butchered my order and charged my card linked to my rewards number, she instantly gets a manager who basically says oh well it is what it is and did nothing to correct the mistake except for give some attitude. Definitely wont be a returning customer to this location.

This McDonald's is unique due to its dining area. The dining area is made of a caboose. Very long dining area. Pretty cool. I've never seen a McDonald's like that. Just be aware of the homeless laying outside the restaurant. It's not the best way to welcome travelers.

First off it's clean. You know what you're going to get , say they have stores in different states. Here's a quick tip to get the freshest sandwich, ask for extra sauce or lettuce. They need to make to order. Hot and fresh. Enjoy

Unhappy with my experience at the Lone Hill McDonald's. Dirty tables in the player delayed food orders for a simple four-piece nugget. Happy meal and a Big Mac. Side of Big Mac sauce missing and out of the toy for the Happy meal. So I'll suck yeah and incorrect order is the reason for the rating.

Fist thing i did was go to the bathroom. The soap dispenser did not dispense soap. I then tried to use the sanitary liquid dispensers, (all 3) AND THEY DIDN'T WORK. I REPORTED IT TO THE ORDER TAKER WEARING A YELLOW VEST AND HE SAID, "Yes OK , sir. There were 10 people working behind the counter and I still waited for a good 7 to 8 minutes before the order taker went into the bathroom and said rather condescendingly, "the dispenser is working fine. I don't know what you are talking about." I went back into the bathroom and it was working. I know doggone well it wasn't when I tried it. Not only was he rude, hedid not express regret or acknowledge me about the sanitary lotion machines I reported either. The elderly lady mopping the floor said, "I just work here 2 hours a day!" I used to be an assistant night manager for Burger King 48 years ago. I worked for the phone company 30 years. What the heck has happened with customer service. Acknowledge, express regret, and be courteous. That did not happen today at around 12p! 😬 And after that, I decided to not order any food. 🙁
