Fist thing i did was go to the bathroom. The soap dispenser did not dispense soap. I then tried to use the sanitary liquid dispensers, (all 3) AND THEY DIDN'T WORK. I REPORTED IT TO THE ORDER TAKER WEARING A YELLOW VEST AND HE SAID, "Yes OK , sir. There were 10 people working behind the counter and I still waited for a good 7 to 8 minutes before the order taker went into the bathroom and said rather condescendingly, "the dispenser is working fine. I don't know what you are talking about." I went back into the bathroom and it was working. I know doggone well it wasn't when I tried it. Not only was he rude, hedid not express regret or acknowledge me about the sanitary lotion machines I reported either. The elderly lady mopping the floor said, "I just work here 2 hours a day!" I used to be an assistant night manager for Burger King 48 years ago. I worked for the phone company 30 years. What the heck has happened with customer service. Acknowledge, express regret, and be courteous. That did not happen today at around 12p! 😬 And after that, I decided to not order any food. 🙁

Don’t use the mobile app or order from counter at this location, any order will be 10-15 minutes while new orders are taken through drive through. There was one car in the drive through but I decided to pick up my order inside. I saw 4-5 cars get their order taken and served before my mc chicken meal that was ordered before arriving. This has happened numerous times where I avoid this location all together. Choose ANY OTHER LOCATION

This McDonald's sucks I stopped here to get my daughter food after school and I can't tell you how many times I got home and something was missing and it's not like I live just down the street and can go back I keep giving them chances and every time I get home there's something missing I will never go back to this McDonald's again this is my last time these people make $20 an hour and can't read a screen with a simple order

I love McDonald's now. Not only do I love them, but their fries are mya " chefs kiss" We were constantly going there because we didn't really know what to earn, but their food never got old.
This restaurant has not only good food but amazing workers, we got our food quick and neat. The food was stacked neatly, and the fries did not spill like how other places just toss them in. The worker sounded happy to be there and were kind.
The interior was clean and shiny. There wasn't a single dirty table, and the McDonald's was packed, any I mean packed. Thankfully, even though it was packed, there were no messes, and the workers were quick. The bathroom is shiny and clean and the sink gives cold water and I mean really cold.
Also they have a play place, one of the last ones around. :)

As usual, everything has changed. The quality is down and the prices are up. The last time I got a Sunday, I was a buck . Now I got a buck change from a $5. The sauce was watered down. It was ok. But I'm very disappointed ?

This is unbelievable, why am I waiting 20 minutes in drive thru during a time when there is nobody parked in the parking lot and 2 cars waiting in front of me who have not ordered due to the staff asking us to hold on a moment. If you enjoy waiting this long for food then come here because the wait time is horrendous and the staff is just as bad. All I ordered were 2 fries and a 20 piece. It takes 4 minutes in the fryer max, and they were cold.
