What is going on with the basics, namely, albondigas and cocido? I tasted both today, the cocido de res was good but not flavorful and the albondigas were made as if coated with flour and fried or baked! The meatballs were not good that way and the soup base although tasty did not have carrots and potatoes but instead lots of onion, celery and bell peppers! I had the albondigas over a year ago and they were authentic, these were not! What a shame! I had ordered this plate for my 101 yr old mother to enjoy and she took a taste of the meat and refused to eat any more of it. She drank the soup, only, it felt like a rip-off!

I had the pleasure of visiting Mi Sabor Mexican Restaurant during a Glendora Chamber of Commerce luncheon, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic flavors and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a perfect spot for gatherings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great Mexican cuisine and a welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

We first found this gem when we came for my son's youth football fundraiser. The food was great, the ambience was nice, and the service easily accommadated our large party + all the takeout orders. I believe the menu is priced accordingly since it is not a FAST Mexican restuarant. I recently went back on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised that they had live music and the musicians were factastic. I usually prefer quiter restaurants for dinner, but the music was so good that it had me dancing in my seat throught my meal. We got the band's contat information to hire them for a private party in the future. Most importantly for me, the food tastes authentic so I will definitely be going back for good eats and a good time.

I placed an order for this restaurant through DoorDash accidentally because door dash redirected me to the incorrect restaurant through their app. I cancelled the order through Door Dash and was told that I needed to contact the restaurant for a refund. The woman on the phone told me she did not have time to help and and hung up the phone on me. I have never had such a rude or terrible experience. Upon calling back, she again told me she could be of no help and hung up on me again. What a disgrace.
I was there twice in November for dodgers game world series walk in , they are terrible service so slow, I orders cocktail drink took me 20 mins and food took me to order 30 mins and food sever came back I had to waiting time another 20 mins , they had no communication at all, I will never go back again ever , lousy service but eating food was ok , but Chilli relieno was taste terrible, bean and rice are fine, taco are okay ,, but skillet pan had too much juice are awful , I am very very and very upset now and never will not go back again sigh sigh 😡😡

Great food, the owner was awesome the first time around. But the second time around we got there and we're standing for ten minutes before getting seated. That day the servers looked young and they were chatting with each other instead of helping customers. It almost felt like the owner hired family and wasnt there that day. We ended up leaving, disappointed, and really liked the food but the wife refuses to go back. Hopefully I can change her mind, And support the down to earth owner.
