Pizza is pretty good especially for the price. We’ve stopped going here because their total delivery charge is now $14… $4.99 app fee, $9 restaurant delivery charge (which is the maximum allowed). Would love to order from you guys again but $25 pizza and $14 to drive it 1 mile is egregious. There are better pizza options nearby that charge more per pie but so much less for delivery that the total ends up being less.

Decided to try the vegan options from this place. I’m not sure what vegans this establishment knows to think they can sell that food and think it actually tastes good. In short the vegan label is a cash grab. And the food is overpriced and not fresh.

DO NOT ASK A SINGLE QUESTION ABOUT THE MENU WHEN YOU CALL, IT WILL UPSET THE GUY TAKING YOUR ORDER. I asked one question to the worker on the phone about the combos they offered and he gave me 3 options which was great. I said I would take a large pizza with fries and wings. I was then told “so are you going to order or not?” I had explained that it was a simple question and I didn’t understand the problem. He fumbled over his words after being called out so I just hung up instead of arguing with the guy. They sell pizza but it seems like bad customer service is also one of their specialties.

Called to order lunch for our office, Noah took our order, very pleasant and great customer service on the phone. Pizza arrived on time and the delivery guy was great! Staff loved the pizza, will be doing business with them more often. Thank you!!! Highly recommend.
The food is solid, I order the Fettuccini Alfredo with a salad every now and again when I get a craving. However, I really don’t like stepping into the restaurant to pick up my order because every single time I have, the staff, who seem to be mostly college aged, give cold vibes and the customer service ends up being an oddly negative experience; I always leave feeling like crap, which puts an association on the food itself.
This is the only place where I’ve consistently had this experience as a customer; I’m polite, I say please and thank you and make decent contact, yet I leave feeling like a leper. Not sure what the deal with that is.
Solid food, very questionably trained staff when it comes to customer service as they seem to absolutely hate my face. Bummer.

This place is a joke. They use an app that lets you know when your food is ready. It does not work. They have people waiting for their order for up to one hour. This place has no sense of urgency or customer service. Never coming back to this place. Not recommended.

Papa Pizza Pie is the best food ever in town. Specialty in pizza, pasta, spaghetti, chicken wings, ribs, sandwiches, cakes and much more. They also have a vegan and gluten free menu as well. I highly recommend visiting, ordering or choosing the delivery option from this place. Super friendly staff?.

Customer service was excellent, food was good. We got the supreme and all meats, honey habanero and buffalo wings, Greek salads and jalapeño poppers. Didn’t disappoint. The crust was so good too! The restrooms were clean and the dinning areas as well. Booths or other seating areas were spacious and even had outside seating.
