I was really disappointed in this location. I usually go to the san Gabriel location and the pizza there is perfect. Since I moved out here I decided to order at the Glendora location, and the pizza really disappointed me. We ordered the big 15x20 family pizza and sadly the whole pizza was burnt and was hard as a rock. My kids and I could not bite into it. We sadly had to throw it away! I hope the next we go this doesn't happen again!

Received text that our food would be ready at 6:17pm so we got the about 6:20 and went in to pick up our food. We finally got it at 6: 45. I dont mind waiting at home but it you say its ready at a certain time it should be ready. Please do better at time management when dealing with the public. Seven more people came right after me that were also inconvenience with the time they also had to wait. When we got home there were no dressing for the salads. I wasn't going back. We love the food but my time is important too!

Stepped in today to share a nice meal with my family. Lacked atmosphere and the food was not what I expected. I ordered a personal pizza with mushrooms and the end result was a pile of ingredients on top of a crust with no flavor. Mushrooms appeared to be from a can and truly pizza was a big disappointment. Sorry to be so sincere but your menu needs an overhaul.

We ordered our food online to go. It was a complete nightmare. People walking in trying to cut on front of folks that had been waiting 20 minutes to pick up our order bc we ordered online as well. The food was extremely soggy?
I'm not understanding why it was so soggy. The calamari was so soggy that it was limp.
We love dining in and will now only dine in here.

Pizza was delicious as usual. Thick, cheesy with lots of pepperoni. Just wish they would open one in French Valley.

I have been going to Petrillo’s for as long as I can remember. Moved closer to the Glendora location and actually like it more than the San Gabriel as the pizza stays warm the whole way home. Their antipasto salad is one of my favorites from any Italian restaurant in the area and comes full of fresh veggies and meats. For a medium pizza and a small salad, it is around $50, but considering you can feed a family of 4 easily and you can taste the quality, it’s well worth it in my book. Their mobile app is also a nice touch that allows you to redeem points for actual items on future orders.

Petrillo’s has always had amazing food and customer service. Recently started ordering lasagna and chicken Parmesan from their catering menu for birthdays. The catering portions are huge and fairly priced. Mike was awesome in setting up our order:)
