The food is good and they have good portions here. All the food ordered from the menu tasted fresh and good.
I always that I didn't like Pho, but once my husband introduced me to this place I was hooked. Sadly I just never went to a good place. I personally like the number 12 tofu veggie pho with egg roles. If you like Vietnamese coffee this place make it good strong coffee. I always get my ice coffee.

Rude, disrespectful and absolutely no service at all.Came to this restaurant with my daughter, my friend and her family, total three adults and four children, order five entries, one appetizer and was offered five cups of water. We asked for two more cups of water and was refused by the owner, reason being we only ordered five entries. Really? I would've given it negative 5 if I could.

Finally had a chance to try this place out after having it on my bucket list for a long time. While I don't regret the experience, I'll probably stick to my other go-to pho options in the future. On the positive side, I will say that the brisket in my pho was as tender as I've ever had, the broth was rich and the noodles were properly cooked. Portions were no more generous than at similar shops. No refills were available for the $2 iced tea, unlike most other similar restaurants. What really stood out was that the place had a weird vibe. The main rooftop sign was switched off (the only reason that we thought the place might be open was the "open" sign in the window) and the place was completely empty. Looking at all the funky hand-written signs around the place, apparently there is a problem with people wandering in off the street to use their strange bathroom facilities, and bringing food from other places to eat while partaking of the surreal atmosphere inside the premises. I missed the sign advising that my bill would be bumped up by 3½% for using a credit card; I discovered that one after my card had been run. Fortunately I have other options to get my Pho fix in this area, so I'll survive without a return to this location.

Absolutely the best pho I’ve had since moving to Glendora. Definitely 10/10!

cozy little hole in the wall. food was great, got the grilled shrimp with the beef and pork. pricing isn’t too crazy, very affordable. portions are good.
The spring rolls are super huge here. Like a platter of spring rolls here can feed a family of 6. The coffee drink they serve is excellent. The sandwich was ok, just wished I had a sauce on the side. Very comfortable atmosphere and seated fast as there was no other customers. Would come again solely for the appetizers.

Water machine down, flavors as expected, plenty of sauce, customer service not the best, but only one guy working the front and we were the only ones

I love pho 1 and will recommend recommend it to all my friends! The food tastes amazing.
The food is ok, but the service is just horrible. If you're by yourself, forget it. Weather your order is to go or eating in, the owner will not be interesting in helping you. He has a serious attitude problem. He serves bigger group first. Very moody & unpleasant.
