The food is good and they have good portions here. All the food ordered from the menu tasted fresh and good.

Rude, disrespectful and absolutely no service at all.Came to this restaurant with my daughter, my friend and her family, total three adults and four children, order five entries, one appetizer and was offered five cups of water. We asked for two more cups of water and was refused by the owner, reason being we only ordered five entries. Really? I would've given it negative 5 if I could.

Finally had a chance to try this place out after having it on my bucket list for a long time. While I don't regret the experience, I'll probably stick to my other go-to pho options in the future. On the positive side, I will say that the brisket in my pho was as tender as I've ever had, the broth was rich and the noodles were properly cooked. Portions were no more generous than at similar shops. No refills were available for the $2 iced tea, unlike most other similar restaurants. What really stood out was that the place had a weird vibe. The main rooftop sign was switched off (the only reason that we thought the place might be open was the "open" sign in the window) and the place was completely empty. Looking at all the funky hand-written signs around the place, apparently there is a problem with people wandering in off the street to use their strange bathroom facilities, and bringing food from other places to eat while partaking of the surreal atmosphere inside the premises. I missed the sign advising that my bill would be bumped up by 3½% for using a credit card; I discovered that one after my card had been run. Fortunately I have other options to get my Pho fix in this area, so I'll survive without a return to this location.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Took forever for the food to come out and it came out cold. The guy was rude. I spend 4$ on an iced coffee and he brought out a small cup that was halfway full with a bunch of ice. I asked if I could get it filled up and he got upset and yelled "well that's what you get" and explained that's how other Vietnamese restaurants serve their drinks which isn't true. Very hostile for a simple ask.

Love the spring rolls! Best I've ever had. Pho is pretty spectacular as well. Thanks for the great friendly service.

Moderately sizes restaurant in a large plaza with plentiful parking in Glendora, the place is moderately decorated with dated decor. While I didn't see any cockroaches as others have reported, this place is not something I would call clean, the tables are icky, the floors are sticky, and the decor have seen better days.We went on a Thursday evening and the place most mostly empty, there was one large family and our group. We were seated quickly and brought menus as well. The owner/only server there took a while to get back to us and when he did he brought a couple of waters and asked us if we're ready to order.Despite what many say, service was not very friendly, but not mean either, just another day to him I guess. No thank yous or your welcomes were heard this day.We ordered bbq chicken rice plate and a pho ga(chicken noodle soup). The bbq chicken tastes like basic teriyaki chicken that was over salted. I couldn't even finish it, it was disgusting. The pho ga was alright, soup was tasty, but the meat was extremely tough and dry.Prices are average, but for what you get, not worth it.All in all, I would not come back, I guess with little to no competition, this place can do what it wants and earn 5 star reviews as it pleases! I'd look elsewhere for pho cravings!

yesterday 8/29/2023 went to pho 1 in glendora. i ordered the #1 pho Dac biet which means the combination with all the meats and fixes. well when I got the order it came with three thin slice of meat and a 1/4 cut of the meat ball and that was it for meat. no brisket, no tripe, no tendon. so they are cheap on the meat. I was very disappointed. I was there at 11:45am and the only customer was me and my co worker was the only two customer there. I will not be going there again. if there was a zero star I would have pick zero star. don't waste you're money here. Van

Believe the review with fewer stars, I ordered spring rolls with shrimp and pork. It is absolutely bland and tasteless. The sauses that came with smell like dirty socks and the supposetly peanut sause had onions in it that looked like tapeworms. There were no people there, I should have walked away.

Pho 1 is our favorite pho takeout place. This place always come through with fast phone orders and friendly customer service. This is a small business in the uptown Glendora area. It looks like it's owned by man older gentleman and his wife. The man always picks up the phone and is ready to take your order. You can order by the number on the item. My favorite is the tofu pho in beef broth. This substitution is okay with them. The only thing that is missing in this place is a tight spring roll. We had them one time and we all agreed it they weren't our favorite. If you need a delicious broth to make you feel warm and happy. This is it.

Absolutely the best pho I’ve had since moving to Glendora. Definitely 10/10!
