I've been to the Glendora Public Market plenty of times but was never in the mood for fish. I regret not trying it sooner. Not the english style fish and chips I am used to but man was it tasty. The fish was good quality and seasoned under the batter which I really liked. The batter was really thick which I'm not used to but it was good because it was fried crispy. The tarter sauce was amazingI don't normally use tarter sauce but I barely touch my vinigar and was even dippi g the fries in it. The service was fast and efficient and considering my husband and I shared the 6 piece fish and chips the price was reasonable. We couldn't even eat all our fries.
My tuna tough and on the dry side. Took awhile to get our order.... chowder was great!
Ahi Tuna Absolutely The Best! Seared on both Sides, w/Dipped Broccoli & Anchovies, Wow!
Got a clam chowder bread bowl the chowder was okay but the bread was definitely bad it had a weird taste super hard and dry nothing compare to other clam chowders wish I could get my money back , avoid the clam chowder.
Got the white fish burrito, salmon plate and fried shrimp. The burrito was huge and definitely sharable. The grilled salmon was great but the veggies were bland. The fried shrimp was crispy. Overall, the food was good but the wait was long (about 25 mins) with only a few customers. Definitely worth going to, but not when you're in a rush.
Just an ok seafood place. I really wanted to like the place more since it's the one seafood option at the public market, but it was just ok.I will say though I only had the one thing, service was great & the food wasn't terrible by any means. So feel free to give the place a go if you are craving some seafood while you're at the Glendora Public Market.I just orderd the Shrimp Plate with elote & grilled veggies. The plate looked quite appetizing I will say. The elote had an alright flavor, quite cheesey, but it was just a little salty for my taste. Grilled veggies was squash & zucchini. Simple preparation & cooked well (not mushy) which worked well. The shrimp were on the smaller side, not the big plump, juicy shrimp you'll be overly impressed by. Flavor was I think just a little garlic, salt & pepper. Basic but in a good way.The cashier was very friendly which is always appreciated.I think if I went back when I return here I'd probably just get a burrito. I feel like that's something they'd pull off well at this type of seafood place. They are located more towards the deeper end of the market, close to Dog Haus & Smog City.I went for an early dinner on a Saturday so seating was very easy since a fair amount of tables were open.Feel free to check out my review on the Glendora Public Market in general for a little more insight on the place.Cheers!
Waited an hour for mediocre food. Some of it was even burnt. I won’t even get into all the other nonsense going on there. Won’t be going back.
Food quality is okay. The food style here at Portside Fish Company runs their restraunt like a food truck. Majority of their dishes are tasty, but for some reason, they burned or over cooked the Brussels Sprouts. Very disappointed with this dish. Wish I was able to get a replacement or a refund.
Awesome menu. The spot is by the restroom right infro if the brewery. Fast service and clean spot. The white fish burrito was very tasty. Prices are a little bit high but definitely worth it.
Solid fish & chips! Good food. Good prices.Definitely give it a try.

The surf and turf is the best burrito. So good!
Fish or shrimp burritos are sooo good. I just don't understand the 'nickle & diming' you for condiments (?).
Fish n Chips are great
The best battered cod is my favorite to and the bacon mac n chowder is great side combination of everything I like for the better.
This place is amazing, I love the fish n chips. The only reason I am doing 4 stars is because they charge for sauce, any sauce, you don't even get one with your meal. I understand that they make there sauce, but something should come with fish and chips...
