I’ve been coming to Pizza Co for family nights since before the pandemic, and sadly, after today’s experience, we won’t be returning. When we walked in, the restaurant was about half full, but every empty table had a “reserved” sign. There were eight of us, and we spent a little over $100 on food. When we asked the waitress if there was anywhere we could sit, she rudely said “no” and offered no help, no alternatives just a blunt, unhelpful “no.” So where exactly are customers supposed to sit? If there was a private event going on, why not close the restaurant or clearly communicate that? Regular customers shouldn’t be left without seating or treated like an inconvenience. On top of that, the waitress hovered around made us feel uncomfortable, and we felt rushed to finish our meal. Overall, it was an awful experience. In times like these, when people are choosing to spend their hard-earned money, you’d think businesses would strive to be more welcoming.

The worst pizza co I been to. The young Hispanic girl that works there is very un helpful! Just watched us sit there with no menu, drinks, or help. Literally had to go up and ask her for anything and everything I needed. She’s good for nothing! And not one adult there! NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Would put no stars if I could!

Thank you so much Angel .. Angel is the owner and he is the best actually for managing the restaurant.. He prepared me my salad in a minute and it was very good.. I like this restaurant so much .. they are all friendly and happy to help

This place had so many false advertising! No happy hour drinks even though the signs are up in the store! Their excuse was that, the signs have been up since 2019! I will never come back to this place!

Got carryout. And did not call ahead. Have never been here before, just happened by. Girl taking orders was friendly, helpful, and funny. Ordered three large three topping pizzas. All came rather quickly and very hot. Was still hot when we arrived home. They were very tasty, had plenty of each of the toppings, and cheese.

Holly is the best Bartender Around. Friendly, honest and down right good server. Ps don't forget to cash tip your servers 💟 3.99s spaghetti is delish 💗I always ask for extra garlic on top and they never fail to deliver my special requests, as long as they aren't super busy which can happen from time to time. Good family business to support in the SGV
