My husband and I always visit this place since its close to home, I am extremely sensitive and lactose intolerant. I end up sensitive for a few days. I avoid having anything dairy. Lately I have ordered my latte made with half and half and a handful of times I end up having regular latte. I don't mean to be a bother but I always request to please make it with half and half. It's not that I am being difficult, I just can't have milk. It seems like maybe I should start visiting maybe coffee bean or other coffee locations. Since starbucks baristas keep on making my order with regular milk. Bummed out since this or place we love to have our coffee from.

No district manager has called me after staff denied me services then lied that he was manager because I was refused service and I been going here for years

Basically, I'm an idiot. I went into Starbuck's yesterday and ordered banana nut loaf, and since Dan wasn't really paying attention he said "pumpkin nut loaf?" And since I wasn't really paying attention either I said "Yeah." So they don't actually have pumpkin nut loaf but the pumpkin loaf I did get was about as bland a food substitute as I've ever encountered.
What makes me an idiot is that I talked myself into going back today. This time they got the banana nut loaf right, but my decaf latte ended up not being decaf, and I forget what else the label said it had but the word pecan found its way into the mix.
I'm not sure you can or ought to drink pecans, so I threw the whole mess in the trash, bought a box of donuts at the grocery store nearby and ate half of them sitting in my car.

I don't go to Starbucks much but now I know why cause they're all about themselves and I was the only person inside!! Drive thru had one car in it and three people serving you??
Out of all the years that I've been patronizing Starbucks, I've never had a brownie taste, like it was drenched in french fry oil. I've also never had a sandwich with smeared, brownie or chocolate on it either. Also, I didn’t like how I wasn’t greeted by the cashier even though I said hello first. But everyone else was.

Nice Starbucks location! Staff is all very pleasant and personable and do a good job both in preparing drinks and helping answer questions about drinks or Starbucks offerings. Location is nice to sit in, and a comfortable location for getting a drink and meeting a friend or doing a bit of work. The only time I would avoid being there is when school gets out because of how many groups of kids sometimes come through, but that's ALL Starbucks, and not something any worse at this location.
