I frequent here a lot and I never had great service but today was less than. As I got my drink from the drive thru window I said “thank you” in my bubbly tone the barista responded with “yup” omg talk about rude. I have never gotten a response like that. The sad part is I don’t believe her intention was to be rude but this younger generation just doesn’t have customer service etiquette

Love the Starbucks. Cash is super nice and always helpful. I love the little trees in the middle. The line is usually never long and if it is, it moves very quickly not happy about the pumpkin spice latte prices this year, but it was pretty tasty and the service is great 10 out of 10. Recommend this location.

Love this location in Glendora! Zack always makes me smile when he’s at the window. Friendly with easy conversation encouraging a good day to come. Great way to start my day pumpkin spice latte half sweet ☕️

I observed several customers without masks. No enforcement with the Omicron variant raging and hospitalizations skyrocketing. They lost my business today.
