I love the Stone family! They are so warm and welcoming upon entering their shop! He smoothies are so tasty I love the protein waffles and donuts as well! Shakes keep me full all morning! It’s my perfect post workout meal! Highly recommend.

The Energy Teas here are delicious! My sister and I stopped by recently after a workout class and the tea was the perfect taste of "fresh" that we needed. The owner, Bri, was beyond kind to us and offered a great service. The atmosphere was family-friendly and fun. Highly recommend!
