Both sandwich and protein bowl missing avocados and both bowls were half empty. When I called "the only guy" said he couldn't do anything he was there for closing only when they don't close till evening.

I haven't been to a subway in a few years and now I know I'll NEVER GO BACK. We stopped in the Pomona store at 760 arrow highway on a Sunday morning the window was clearly marked opens at 9am it was about 8:59 when we parked there were 2 other people waiting outside the two ladies working inside were walking back and fourth behind the counter and once the clock passed 9am one occasionally looked over at us waiting outside looking annoyed and rolling her eyes it was already close to 10 after and one man just left then I knocked on the window and pointed at the clock then the one girl with the rolling eyes threw her hands up and started to cuss me out ! Really classy subway ! Based on similar reviews I'm seeing on the location this is good as it gets as far as the quality of personnel and service that subway strives for so needless to say I left I'm not about to give my money to this establishment I'll go where they at least respect the customer and with service like that I'm not even gonna try to eat they're food I'll stick with someplace with a bit higher standards can't believe this location is even still operating

I went to this subway today. it was so disgusting there are no words to describe it. the employee was so rude I should have just left. also my meatball sandwich tasted like dog food, the guy was rude to other employees and of course they were out of almost everything. I'm so upset I spent 40 could havd went to a sit down restaurant. won't make that mistake again!

WORST customer service! Tried to order 7 sandwiches and they refused to take the order because they considered that many sandwiches a catering order. Asked if we can break it up into 2 orders and they refused. We will never return to this subway location!

I admire this place a lot. It has a very nice spirit. The food is superb. the service is efficient and the crew is well trained. The pay is reasonable. I definitely recommend.

This employee Gary had his headphones on the line making sandwiches very rude asked him to do one thing .. tried to explain still didn't want to do it the way I asked..never had this problem with other employees

Customer service sucks now days. I think mostly because of the stress and pressure of the Covid crap. That being said. Wendy was so helpful and nice. She made you feel welcome and made for a nice experience. Thanks it's a nice change of pace now days

I went in there Thursday night around 7:15pm on 4-22-21. There was a dark haired young man and he was working there by himself. He seemed a little overwhelmed. I had to repeat my order several times, and when he placed the toppings on the sandwiches he didn’t even spread them out. I had asked him for more spinach, and he shrugged his shoulders and said “hold on, I have to go get more”...he seemed a little bothered by it. As he was making my fourth sandwich he asked me if my order was for my family and I said yes. He stopped what he was doing and looked up at me and asked “why aren’t you home cooking?” After the experience I had, I wish I would have stayed home and cooked. I will not be visiting this Subway again which is sad because its literally down the street from my home.

I'm very dissatisfied with service today. We specifically requested fresh bread because last Friday we got old bread. She said it was made this morning... lies!!! The bread was hard and would brake at every bite!!! I took pictures & would like send to you. The girl helping us didn't seem to care . Will NOT be going back to this subway, except when WENDY is there!!!

Boy has this place gone down hill. Whoever the moron was that was in there today (01/22/21) needs to learn what double meat means. It's not 50% more. It's 100% more. A deluxe is 50% more but double means freakin' double! Learn what you sell! I'll never go back to this one again. Idiots.

You can't give them a zero star but if I could I would, so I gave them a 1 star, they f*** my Order I ask for a tuna foot long you can't even taste the tuna!! Are they being stingy with there food?!? Or what the sandwich looks like sh** honestly!!! My bf sandwich it's not even cut in half, this is horrible customer service, I've gone to other subways I rather drive further then coming to the place!!!!
