Stopped for some tacos and chicken nuggets . We got one of the boxes which included the chips and cheese. Got a Baja blast. Food is hot in the fresh service was good clean bathrooms are clean plenty of parking and they even have a hot sauce bar or you can pick up your packets of hot sauce seven out of 10 serving sizes are good and pricing is much better when you have the app.

THEY FORGOT MY GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO. i waited in line for like 20 minutes (nobody else was in line or inside they were just taking forever) AND THEY FORGOT MY FAVORITE THING AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE. literally just happened right. also, the guy could not understand what we were ordering even tho it was so simple. I UATE YOU TACO BELL. IT WAS MY FAVORITE NOW I HATE IT

I came in with my family for dinner and we ordered 3 box’s and it around 25 minutes and my kids were not happy and they were playing music and to busy with the music the guy in the front have good service but still would not come back.

This place sucks, from someone who works as a manager in the fast food industry. The way the app works. The workers. The food. I unfortunately keep coming here because its closest to my house, so more convenient. I accidently ordered here through the app when i was trying to order at a doffrent location. called. The one time they answer i get told i have to request a refund through the app. I do that i NEVER got a refund. I went again tonight because its closest to my house. I alwahs spend a good 10 to 15 mins in drive thru waiting dor my order. After all the time waiting i get my food. Go home to find out im missing a whole box. I call the store and like always noone answers. I got lucky the other time when they answered. Even then they were ofno help. I keep trying to complain on the app and i get no reply in return. Does taco bell really not care about their customers? Tonight when i got home they took so long my food was lukewarm. I live less than 5 mins away from this location. That ahould tell u something. So can someone please respond to my inquiry or what do i do ? Who do i contact?
