This place is called Taco Grill. It’s a pretty small place in a strip mall on Baseline, but don’t sleep on it! Got the carnitas nachos and they were FIRE. The carnitas were perfectly crispy. I called in a phone order and the girl taking my order asked if I wanted salsa, and I asked for green salsa. My nachos had green salsa in them, so I love how that turned out. So much flavor coming from a small place. On my quest to find the best taco in Los Angeles County I have found the second one that I rate a 5 out of 5.
