The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Dry iced americano vanilla and a matcha ice blended drink. Both were fantastic and the staff was so nice and friendly. My bf is super picky with his coffee (doesn't it like it too sweet or with too much creamer). His coffee was perfect and we are definitely coming back to this specific Coffee Bean 😊

The spinach egg wrap was good. Delicious. The mango ice tea and peach ice tea was sweet. It's better to add extra water 💧 to make it less sweet. I appreciate the service here 🙏.

Use to deliver their dairy and pastries. They were nicer then other stores and would usually give me free drinks. The back storage/break room and fridges were always clean.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot tea since they finally have the seasonal winter dream tea latte back and its my all time favorite. I get to the window and the girl hands me my HOT tea with the lid not on, but just resting on top of the drink. I go to grab it and of course, the tea spills all over me. dont know what she was thinking handing me an open piping hot drink but she handed me a $5 off coupon and that was kind of worth it ngl. she had cute hair too so all is well

Treated me as unequal from a regular patron since I was there for a delivery. The person that came in after me got served their dish before me, even though my order came in about five minutes before I entered the store. DON'T EXPECT quick service here if you are a servicing a delivery service. They will treat you as second rate class citizens if you aren't their DIRECT customer.

I switched from Starbucks to coffee bean because the product was better at a cheaper price- unfortunately this will be last time ever coming here and I'll be switching back to Starbucks due to the continuously rude service I get here. On several occasions, baristas cut me off while ordering, refuse to listen to my entire order, make snarky/rude comments after I've KINDLY and respectfully made a request, and they do it all with a happy uppity voice as if they're not being rude. Also, if you ask for "extra ice" or some other kind of specific request, they act like you're difficult. (Not to mention they harder ever get the drink order correct) this service is nowhere near the level of service you get at Starbucks, which is constantly friendly and will make your drink how you like it with no judgment or rude behavior.
