This place has always been a go to spot for some chili cheese fries with pastrami! Great portions and good comfort food! The prices have definitely gone up significantly. Service was average, but the experience. was very nostalgic!!

The Hat has been on my list since I moved to SoCal. Today I finally had the opportunity to try it and it did not disappoint! The bread was soft and the pastrami was excellent! Just a hint of smoke and super tender and juicy. The onion rings and fries were good ....and you get a TON! We finished off with an Orange Bang - which took us straight to our childhood.

No better place to get a pastrami fix! Loads of meat - plenty for two, especially if you add fries or their crispy delicious onion rings. I wouldn't recommend the beef dip. Its ok but nothing to get excited about. Stick with the pastrami sandwich.

Pastrami pastrami and that chilli fries 🤤. The service is great ,the food is very generously served, they are not cheap on the condiments or napkins,I've been coming here since 2015 and I moved to Texas in 2021 but when I come to Cali,I definitely stop by to get me a pastrami burger
