A great spot for a delicious scoop of ice cream. I took my family who was visiting from out of town and they loved it. We were able to sit at a table inside and enjoy.

The Ice Cream Shop is a delightful haven for ice cream enthusiasts. From classic flavors to inventive creations, the variety is impressive. The we had pistachio and rocky road creamy, the texture and rich taste make each scoop a heavenly treat. The charming ambiance and friendly staff enhance the overall experience, making it a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Pretty good ice cream with a nice variety of flavor options. I was in town for a day, wanted some ice cream, and didn't disappoint!

Visited the area for the first time & the location is cute. Many shops too see. We stopped by to try out the ice cream and they had so many flavors! I tried Ube & Pistacho & both were so delicious! It's really cute inside and there's a seating area outside. The service was great everyone was really nice. Enjoyed it a lot!

The spoons at this place are ridiculous. Instead of providing a one cent spoon, that bends freely, you could give me a three cent spoon that would enhance my experience greatly. At $4.50 a scoop, I think the profit margin would support the three cent spoon.

I live the quality of the food but am less impressed by the quality of the "flexible" spoons and VIPs as of late. I'll pay the premium price for the quality I've cream but feel the cheap plastic spoons and VIPs detract from the experience.

If you like smooth and creamy ice cream, you HAVE to try this place. I am very sceptical when it comes to ice cream, but this place is by far the best I've ever had! I got coffee and cookies flavor, and the rest of my party had lemon custard, rocky road, strawberry, cookies and cream, and raspberry sorbet. We will definitely be back to try the other flavors, because this place is so good!!

Just not good enough ice cream, not flavorful and not creamy. It was a disappointing experience.

MAKE THE DRIVE TO THE ALHAMBRA LOCATION Note- I have visited this more times than I can count. There's no denying their ice cream, is of the best quality and has a good flavor but it is the owners that fall short! I've been a loyal customer of this ice cream shop for as long as I can remember. Glendora is a small community, where small business thrives off of word of mouth. With so many connections in the town. After reading previous negative reviews, it's become apparent that I'm not the only one experiencing these disappointments. While I appreciate the involvement this shop has in our local community, I regret to say that I will no longer be giving them my business or promoting it to friends and family. Let's start with the positive - the ice cream itself. The flavors at this place taste wonderful, and there's no denying that Fosselman's has perfected their craft. It's baffling that despite the numerous negative reviews, they have not taken steps to improve. It's disheartening to see a beloved local spot suffer due to a lack of effective management. It's reached a point where it's simply better to hop in the car and drive to Alhambra. It's a shame because this ice cream shop has so much potential. The taste of their ice cream is not in question, and their history in the community should be a source of pride. However, the consistent issues and lack of improvement have finally pushed me to my limit. It's time to explore other options and support businesses that value their customers' satisfaction and feedback. Farewell to this ice cream shop; you won't be missed. Over the past few months I have noticed a heavy decline in these things. Inconsistent Ice Cream Conditions-One of the most frustrating things about this place is the inconsistency in the condition of their ice cream - you end up with rock-hard frozen ice cream or a sad, melted mess. It's baffling that a place specializing in ice cream can't get this right. Unhappy Employees-You'd think you stumbled upon the unhappiest place on Earth. The employees all look like they hate their life and would rather be anywhere else. It's hard to enjoy your ice cream when the atmosphere is so dismal. Odor- Never smells like an ice cream parlor just cleaning products. Frostbitten Cakes-I've made the mistake of ordering a cake here not once, but twice, and both times, it tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for way too long. The cakes were frostbitten and lacked the freshness and flavor you'd expect from a dessert shop. Inconsistent Portion Sizes- It's like they have a different idea of what a scoop is every time you visit. Sometimes you get a generous serving, while other times you're left wondering if they're trying to cut corners. Unpresentable Items-Presentation matters, especially when it comes to something as visually appealing as ice cream. Unfortunately, their items are hardly presentable. The sundaes and cones often look like they were hastily thrown together without any care for aesthetics. It's a letdown, especially when you're paying a premium for these treats. Missing the Friendly Old Manager-I remember a time when this ice cream shop had a manager who had been there for years and was genuinely friendly. Sadly, that seems to be a thing of the past. It's a shame that the one friendly employee they had is nowhere to be found now. Concerning Employee Turnover-The high employee turnover at this ice cream shop is concerning. It's a revolving door of unhappy faces behind the counter, which speaks volumes about the owners and the work environment. It's hard to build a loyal customer base when you can't even keep your employees happy. Misleading Instagram Advertising-This ice cream shop has a severe problem with false advertising. What they showcase on their Instagram page doesn't line up. Deceptive Ice Cream Cones-They have these enticing ice cream cones with sprinkles right on the ice cream scoop in their promotio

Not as good as I expected. I had high hopes for their honey lavender ice cream but it lacked the lavender taste. Line was also very long and made it that more disappointing. Place is small and people not super friendly and customers soo much worse/. Will not be returning here, Pasadena has soo many more places that are worth the drive and line!

Cute place, delicious ice cream and located in the village. What more could you ask for? They are also friendly which is nice. Definitely recommend!

Came looking for a birthday cake on a Monday. Walking into the business I wasn't exactly greeted but not a big deal. There were only three cakes to choose from and when I asked the employee about ordering and the type of options of ice cream I had, he was very short and not very helpful. I did however, try a sorbet to try it out and it was good but nothing to brag about. Service could've been a little more friendly and inviting. The place itself was cute.

Came here for dessert with a group of friends. We've been to a lot of dessert spots, mainly ice cream, over the last 15 years of celebrating birthdays and holidays together, but this one was pretty mediocre. I got a scoop of toffee ice cream and it was weirdly mild in flavor. It wasn't bad, but when you compare it to places like McConnell's or Salt & Straw or Handel's, it pales in comparison. The sign also indicated that they serve fosselman's ice cream. so that makes me wonder how this is different than just going to fosselman's? It's not like they have anything there but ice cream (and I think frozen bananas). Huh. Overall, not impressed, but it wasn't bad. Very middle of the road.
