The food was absolutely amazing. The lamb was so tender, the rice was so flavorful, and the portions were very big. The staff was also very helpful, on time, organized, and very generous. I will definitely order from here again. Everyone at the party loved the food and gave great compliments about the food!

My girlfriend told me that I had to go with her to check out the delicious food at Waffa's. I read that they had been voted as the BEST Mediterranean food in San Gabriel and I totally agree with the voters !. I got to meet Tony, who is one of the owners. He was so nice and very helpful with his recommendations. The chicken kabobs were moist & tasty. We also tried the lamb chops and they were cooked to perfection. Their house salad & dressing was excellent. We had several other Mediterranean spots that we had always enjoyed but now we have found our favorite. If you’re looking for authentic Lebanese food you must try Waffa’s. I’ve had homemade Lebanese food for the past 26 years and this is the only place I’ve tried that can compare. The food is fresh, made to order- not ahead of time, the meat was tender and flavorful, my boyfriend said he loved the shrimp (I’m allergic so I couldn’t try it) the tabbouleh salad was perfectly dressed (some other places leave it dry), the baba ganoush was excellent. The service is also amazing, the people are super friendly. It’s no wonder they have regulars!

When I walked In, the workers are sitting down chatting at the table, not working. Then the guy gets up to take my order and he's very monotone, not welcoming at all. I would be able to shake that off if the food was good but it wasn't. My chicken shwarma was very dry. It looked like old scraps of shredded chicken that were maybe thrown in the microwave. I tried to finish my food so I dont feel like I wasted my money but I couldn't. The fries were alright and the chicken kabob plate was ok but could've been better. Also, no napkins or utensils were packed in my to-go order. I'm not going back here. It's a waste of money and time.
