This Wendy's has gone down hill ! I should of known better with it being empty ! They don't give discounts to our Veterans or Seniors ! We didn't order any food because it had food sitting around ! Not made as you order it ! It's a huge NOPE here ! Sad because this was the best Glendora Wendy's ! We went over to IN N OUT where the food is made fresh and hot !

Just went through wendys for some chicken sandwiches they told me to wait outside while it cooked guess it was not cooked long enough I just bit into raw chicken.

Great service great biggie bag but now $10 or more so, I will now go across the parking lot to In-N-Out burgers where I can get a double double cheese burger combo for less and get more quality and quantity of food that is always tasty 100 % of the time
! Too bad I will miss the Wendy's chili and the baked potatoes , but jußt can't afford it anymore 😕

Ok so I ordered through the drive thru and they had me drive around and park in the parking lot. 15 min latter I got out of the car and went inside. Total BS. Was not busy and they had at least 6 working. I ordered 1 burger mushrooms and cheese and 2 PLAIN Jr burgers which they DRENCHED with catsup. 3 spicy chicken nuggets which were the best thing served tonight. Obviously these kids did not want to be there the burger meat was so dried out I really could not eat it which is surprising because normally I love Wendy's burgers. Because they are normally very juicy. NOT TONIGHT!

Very rude customer service. While my kids ordered the worker yelled at them for asking a question and not ordering fast enough. The worker should act professional and polite. They don’t want to visit that particular Wendy’s ever again!
