On March 15, 2025, I ordered online and was double charged for one order. Also, I did not get everything I ordered. I was missing the Buffalo Nuggets. I noticed the double charge when I went online to check with my credit card company. Sure enough, i noticed 2 charges for the exact same amount on the same day.
When I called to rectify the issues, the person didn't even apologize and didn't even want to assist me. So, I notified my credit card company to dispute one of the charges. I also notified Wendy's corporate office who now has assigned me a case number.
I will never go to this Wendy's Restaurant again, which is located on Foothill Blvd ( Route 66) in Glendora.

Every time I order at the drive through, some guy always jokes around with me , once I’m about to pay he says “ok it’s $100” Look, I personally don’t like to joke around when I don’t know you. I would appreciate it if he stops acting that way just because I’m a female. This is like the second time already and it’s not funny anymore. PLEASE ACT LIKE YOUR AGE ! Food was okay by the way. I just wanted to get my food and that’s it. Why act childish ?? Please teach your employees how to respect your customers. Thanks

Love their food but I had a comment on their classic chicken sandwich I never had a pie ce of chicken with so much nerve in it or cartilage it was gross every bite was the same to the end I can't believe I ate the whole thing and I regretted it stick to the hamburgers I don't know if it was just my luck but that piece of chicken was gross

The employees that attended us through the drive-thru were forgetful, weren't paying attention to us, we're getting stuff, weren't letting us talk through the the menu intercom. We need someone that knows how to take care of drive-thru and being nice and not rude.

The new location is really nice and the staff are nice too. They keep the interior very clean and tidy which I appreciate.
Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping center so parking is decent. They have a lot of disability access which is nice. And they have a lot of meal deals quite often too.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Every single visit to them end up with them messing something up. Warning for anyone who goes here: Check your orders before you leave. This place never fails to forget items or give you the wrong items. They are not busy enough to justify messed up orders.
