I recently visited Wendy's for a quick lunch and while the food was up to its usual tasty standards, I was disappointed by the slow customer service. Despite the fact that the burgers and fries were delicious as always, the wait time for the food was much longer than expected.It seemed like the employees were prioritizing the drive-thru orders over the customers dining inside, leaving us feeling neglected. The fact that there were a lot of people going through the drive-thru could have contributed to the slow service inside, but it was still frustrating.Overall, I would recommend Wendy's for their tasty burgers and fries, but I hope they can improve their customer service to ensure that all customers are served in a timely and efficient manner.

Ordered from the drive thru and felt like I had to rush my order and there was absolutely no one else in line. Was told to park and wait for my food. When we got the food there was no ranch or BBQ for the nuggets like I requested. Went inside and the employee acts like its from her pocket that she had to give me them. Get home and 2 of my burgers are wrong. Second time this has happened and it won't happen again. Will just make the drive to the lone hill location. Be better Wendy's

Worst place ever there's nothing extra about my sandwich. There's no extra lettuce there's no extra tomato there's no extra onion and there sure is no extra mustard service/customer service poor extremely poor. It's like everybody is here for a check and they don't wanna work when I get to the window to pick up my order everybody's rude, I will never come back here again ever ever ever this place needs to either be shut down or take out all the staff including management and re-staff this location and hopefully have a better outcome

Mild confusion regarding a "Biggie Bag" order, as menu over counter wasn't clear, and I received a slightly different combo than I thought I was ordering, paid a buck more than the deal I thought I was asking for; oh well, my bad, I was just hungry, and didn't bother to go back up to counter. Everything good otherwise.
