Worst customer service experience I have ever had from a company who made a mistake and gave my order to someone else. Then lied about it and kept saying it was my fault. That I had someone by the name of Samantha pick up my order. I was told this so call Samantha tried to pay for her order but the pasta queens husband said it was already paid for. I’m my conversation with this company, the owner kept calling my Samantha. I corrected her that my name is Senona and that’s when she changed everything around to say I had Samantha pick up my order. Again I don’t know Samantha’s.Then makes an accusation that I “clearly have dementia “. How unprofessional is that!

Great pasta and service. They offer a full range of options including vegan (egg free) pastas for our vegan daughter. Highly recommend this place.

Now that's a spicy meatball. I'd highly recommend trying this pasta shop out. The owner is friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, plus the price is very reasonable for such a high quality experince. Pick up some dinner to go or enjoy a meal in the comfortable outdoor seating area. I'm glad we found this place and we plan on becoming regulars here. Did I mention they offer cooking classes?

If you like fresh pasta, this is the place. I have been buying pastas and sauces from “the pasta queen” for 5 years. Susan’s stuff is to die for! Ravioli, noodles, gnocchi, cannelloni and sauces that are out of this world! I go in once a month and “stock up”. Yes, I freeze it! Then, I deliver it to my sons in the Bay Area and my neighbors. Go check The Pasta Queen out! High quality and Reasonable prices.

Today was our first visit to The Pasta Queen. We called ahead and spoke with Susan telling her we lived an hour away and wanted to make sure there were raviolis still available today. She very kindly offered to set our order aside to make sure they did not sell out. Of course when we arrived and saw all the sauces, pastas and oils, etc and added to our order. When we arrived back home we noticed the wonderful olive oil was about two weeks away from its expiration date. We called Susan and she immediately refunded the amount of the oil and offered to deliver a replacement to my home on her personal time. Bravo Pasta Queen for having such a stellar employee , amazing customer service and products. We will not hesitate to drive an hour again to purchase more delectable food items in the near future. We thanked Susan for her offer of home delivery and told her that was not necessary and we will purchase more oil on our next visit. Hands down, the best pasta in town. If you haven't had it, you honestly are missing out.

First visit and I will be a regular going forward. Even the Caesar salad was amazing and I'm hard to impress there.There is clear love put into this food, can't wait to come back in the future and try everything. Owners were very friendly, answered all of my questions beyond what you expect.Support small businesses, this place is it.

Have been getting pasta from The Pasta Queen for years. The Lemon Ricotta Ravioli is one of my many favorites & is absolutely delicious!

I am a professional chef and I help people throw awesome dinner parties. The Pasta Queen is my fresh pasta resource for all of my events. I mean, I could go to all of the trouble (and massive amount of time, not to mention the huge mess) to make my own fresh pasta for 2 or 4 people but I would rather leave it to The Past Queen! Her selection of ravioli, gnocchi and noodles are mouth watering and her sauces are amazing as well. I love supporting this small business and I think you need to check her out!

Love to support small businesses. The owners are very friendly. We had Spaghetti with meatballs and Lemon Ricotta Ravioli’s with lemon caper sauce. It was delish. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other items. However, I think my husband will order the Spaghetti with meatballs again. He’s been talking about them ever since.
