This is very good beer ? and a nice place to hang out with family and friends, what I don't think is great about this place is the employees who seem to be tired and miserable at work, also some of the staff give free beer away ??
Visiting Goleta on business and found Captain Fatty's Brewery to be a friendly place with good beer and rotating food truck choices.
I've watched a couple of Monday Night Football games there.

This an excellent venue in which to meet with friends and drink high-quality craft beers. I have hosted such a group for 10 years.
One of the best breweries in SB/Goleta area, family friendly, and the Blue IPA is iconic!
We always enjoy our time at Captain Fatty’s. Great atmosphere, great people, brewista crew is awesome, beverages are fantastic, and they have some great food options as well. Dog friendly, kid friendly and lots of room to gather for any occasion.
Always mixing up the offerings with good stuff to keep you coming back. Always friendly staff!
Best beer it town!
Great space, good parking and plenty of variety for beer selections. Everyone should be able to find one they enjoy, for me I always go for the hand pulled ales. Great to find someone doing it the old school way!

My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit here. The bartenders were really nice and welcomed us. The beer selection is great - they have all kinds of different beers. There’s definitely a favorite for everyone. I really enjoyed their own brewed Kölsch. We highly recommend a visit
