Went at lunch today. Hamburger was dry and when I opened it up the patty was in pieces and like cardboard. The bun was stale. Wouldn’t go back.
Service was bad as well. Had to call out about 4 times just to get someone to come to the counter. Should have been a clue.

Worst Carl's Junior I've ever been to. Seems like the manager who apparently has zero clue too...just throws in untrained no personality people who have no idea what they are doing. Don't even know the menu properly. The cook is horrible..always getting orders wrong and it looks nasty and taste gross. No wonder they are always empty.

It’s 9 dollars for a cheeseburger and 9 dollars for fries and a drink. It cost me 19 dollars with tax for a meal. You can go to Applebees, or a sitdown restaurant for that price. You people are crazy to charge 9 dollars for fries and a drink.

HORRIBLE! Picked up 2 small burger looks like someone stepped on it then slapped it on the bun! They forgot sauce and catsup for the kids nuggets! I cannot believe how crappy and disappointing your service and food are! I’d like a refund as I couldn’t stand it enough to eat!

Our experience here was delightful. The food was hot and fresh. It wasn't crowded. The cashier was friendly and the food came out quick. Our visit here was everything you could possibly expect from a Carl's Jr.

When does Carl's Jr cook their burgers? Never see anyone cooking anything when I go in there. Kitchen in the back dead silent then they just hand it to you a few minutes later and the burgers ALWAYS grossly warm and stale.

This place has never been good, but it was always "ok" before. Slow service even with nobody at the line. Yesterday put the nail in the coffin though. I don't think they're following good sanitation. I got the worst food poisoning of my life after eating lunch there yesterday. Never again.
