HORRIBLE! Picked up 2 small burger looks like someone stepped on it then slapped it on the bun! They forgot sauce and catsup for the kids nuggets! I cannot believe how crappy and disappointing your service and food are! I’d like a refund as I couldn’t stand it enough to eat!

When does Carl's Jr cook their burgers? Never see anyone cooking anything when I go in there. Kitchen in the back dead silent then they just hand it to you a few minutes later and the burgers ALWAYS grossly warm and stale.

This place has never been good, but it was always "ok" before. Slow service even with nobody at the line. Yesterday put the nail in the coffin though. I don't think they're following good sanitation. I got the worst food poisoning of my life after eating lunch there yesterday. Never again.

“Erick” Is Such A Positive Individual. Not Only Did He Help Us Out When We Dropped A Drink But Made Sure We Were Not Wet And Offered Us Napkins. He Was Very Friendly And Made Sure We Knew What We Were Getting, Very Helpful! Carl’s Jr Is Such A Lucky Company To Have Someone Like Erick.

Erick the cashier was extremely rude. Seemed like he would rather be on his phone than be at work. I would not recommend coming to this location.
Tried a Western Cheese Burger for the first time in years, I now know why it's been years since going to Catls Jr. I am sorry, but the meat was dry, and bacon was subpar, and the fact BBQ sauce was needed to give it flavor tells you something. Maybe since I am getting older, I realize what food should taste like. Carl's doesn't market to my age anymore LOL
