Typically when I order I don’t have any problems besides small portions. In store or ordering online, there’s always something up but it usually doesn’t bother me too bad. This time however, I ordered guac and they didn’t give it to me. I ordered sour cream and they didn’t give it to me. So either let me know how I get a refund or something because I’m not spending my money to get the wrong order.

Genuinely the worse Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Everytime I ordered online for pick up it’s always completely wrong so I always go through dine in. The managers do not have control over this place at all and the employees, though college students, are unprofessional.

We left the other Chipotle after they were out of a good portion of the ingredients. They told us not to bother coming here that it would be even worse. Boy were they wrong! Even though they were a bit understaffed, they were friendly, helpful and most importantly the food was good and available.
Kid-friendliness: They were very busy but always greeted me with a smile right away when I came to the counter with a request

Crusty old dried up chicken. This is what I received in my chipotle bowl in exchange for ordering take out. Not the first time it’s happened. And when I go into the location, it’s often the same story, I just patiently wait for them to finish cooking fajita veggies or meat fresh if it’s the dried burnt nuggets at the bottom. Not good!

Chipotle is consistently horrible with orders through door dash. Paid almost $20 for a “high protein” bowl that included double chicken and all I got was a few little nibbles even less than a single serving. 3rd time this has happened to me I’m done with these clowns
i would leave 0 if i could. This place always has some problem. they are out of this or they are out of that. It’s actually ridiculous. Workers are rude and lazy kids who don’t seem to give a hoot. portions are not up to code. I’m just curious if they want us to starve…

Very disrespectful attention! They had no more chips, no more coke, no more beans and always responding in a very bad way! The living room was totally dirty and the garbage was overflowing without changing! In addition, their own employees eating behind the counter in full view of the entire public! The WORST chipotle I have ever visited!!!

Went here Saturday 9/28 around 5pm and the place was utterly disgusting. The dining area looked like a swarm had come thru and trashed it with food all over the floors and stuff on every single table. Only one person was sitting at a table and it was an employee on their break.
At the counter was a massive amount of employees behind the counter but not one of them was dealing with the dining area. Not even the employee on break had the smarts to say this is dirty maybe I should let my manager know
No manager to be found. Had to ask several people at the register and the mobile order area to clean the area. Someone finally came out who said sorry I just started my shift.
The soda machine was out of ice, it had all been dispensed in heaps below the dispensers. There were no napkins and the utensils were out. Every trash can was overflowing.
Who manages this place! They should be ashamed. I hope Chipotle corporate sees these reviews and shuts this place down! So many bad reviews, it never used to be like this. Seems to have started recently.
