This place was filthy. Went in with friends and used the restroom. Every surface had some new kind of gross surprise. It couldn't have been from lack of cleaning chemicals. They were on the ground right by the door. Also covered in grime but I assume the chemicals inside would still work.

Good rolled ice cream. Service is nice and staff is competent. Slightly pricey but you pay for the "exotic" side of having rolled ice cream. Wide selection of bases and toppings.

Place was kinda dirty, no napkins, cashier was on her phone while taking our order. Ice cream was okay but the place itself felt empty and unkempt. Wouldn't come back.

Really fresh, clean cut, impressive procedures and really good. I am not sure why it is that they normally leave a single employee in charge, but they are usually eager servers, and have prepared some pretty sexy treats. I would come here again and again. These people know what they are doing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in wasn't greeted, waited 10 minutes but all 3 employees were far too involved in gossiping about the owner. Can't comment on how the ice cream tastes since we walked out. Looked cool but oh well, won't be back ever.

Paid $7 for a cup of ice cream that coats the roof of your mouth in wax like movie theater popcorn, not to mention I had to wait 30 minutes for it & it was not even busy AT ALL. Poor management & lazy workers. Won't be back here again.
