This cold stone is sad. The shop smelled like old mop water and the floors were sticky. My kids liked the ice cream but it is over priced considering there is nothing fun going on here

Ice cream not very good and staff unhelpful. No manager and two staff members talking about personal dramas and people they know instead of helping customers. Unwilling to assist when ice cream not made to satisfaction.

Ice cream is pretty much ice cream at this point and customer experience is starting to become more important as I age as a parent. The person who helped me performed her job excellently, mash, mix, scoop and cashier. It was when I asked if employees still sing the experience went from a dude purchasing ice cream from a mute employee to becoming well aware about how the person felt about singing for rude customers. I explained having grown up enjoying cold stone next to a theatre from a young age one thing I always remembered were many employees bumping into each other and singing random bits for a tip. The person explained it’s embarrassing, unnecessary, and no one should feel forced to sing. I wouldn’t say she was rude, but I do wish the individual enjoy herself and understand that fun could become incorporated in all things, including serving ice cream. Everything in life based on perspective it is unfortunate younger generations are becoming extremely bitter and bold. But hey, their kids will do the opposite just as all others do, lol.

My husband and I love treating ourselves to something delicious from this awesome ice cream shoppe. It's an extra special treat if Lime (Lyme) is your server, she is awesome at mixing in the toppings to perfection. If you have a chance to try the seasonal banana or pumpkin specials DO IT, you won't be disappointed, especially if Lime is making it for you! Ah- Mazing!

Took multiple tries to receive the correct order and when I finally did, a mean note was left on the receipt

Ordered a way to large cookie dough concoction with a sugar cone... it was amazing but too much for even me...

We love getting their cakes for our birthdays but they are so understaffed. It's always painful doing the pickup because there is a long line and only one person working. Every time I regret ordering the cake.

The shorter girl is the best customer service worker I’ve met, the day she stops working is the day coldstone loses the one good thing it has the ice creams good but their service is better ?
