We love getting their cakes for our birthdays but they are so understaffed. It's always painful doing the pickup because there is a long line and only one person working. Every time I regret ordering the cake.

The shorter girl is the best customer service worker I’ve met, the day she stops working is the day coldstone loses the one good thing it has the ice creams good but their service is better ?

The girl on the phone around 7 pm on 9/26 was very rude. She was laughing and making rude remarks. Not good customer service at all!!!!

Hopefully the manager(s) read this review. Because Thomas in Goleta is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever met. Everytime we've come in this summer he's been here working hard with a smile on his face! The eating area has been clean and well stocked with spoons and napkins. He is respectful and kind to our kids.I overheard him saying he was pulling a double shift today (4th of July) not complaining just explaining why he was solo. What a great guy. I hope he gets the praise and appreciation he rightfully deserves. He's doing an excellent job. Thanks for working hard Thomas!
When you order online, the website automatically will change your time after you submitted the order. And I tried calling them 2 days ahead to change the time, but they said there is no way to do that. As a result, icecream cake was delivered at a very wrong time and no one was at home. The delivery person left the ice cream in the SUN when there was clearly other more shaded area. The 2 stars are for the ok taste.

We tried the cheesecake cone and it was delicious. At first I was worried it would be too sweet but it definitely wasn't. Their ice cream taste rich without tasting sugary and the cone itself is so good and crunchy yet soft on the inside. Recently tried tiramisu and it was so good!

Ice cream was good, but they are missing an opportunity. They have customers blockaded on the outside so you can't see the ice cream or addons...you can't see them mix the ice cream with the treats...the customer experience is what their business is based on. I can get the product at the grocery store. The service was marginal. ..had to keep asking for each person's order...no napkins, no lids, etc. The waiter had someone in the back she wanted to be with. Step up your game! Rearrange something to enhance the customer experience!
