Domino's Pizza

If I could give this place a zero I would. They took longer than expected which is fine, but they gave my order to someone else, pretended that they didn’t (even though I had confirmation), and then made me wait another “ten minutes”. Domino’s is supposed to be an easy chill gig. It’s not that deep, but lying and wasting my time isn’t cool.

The tracking app is a joke and it does not reflect the truth of what's going on with the pizza! I have been waiting for more than one and a half hours! I was on the phone for more than 45 minutes and got no answer! Tried to pick up my order and i was told the driver was out with my pizzas but took too many order because he was the only driver working!

I called them to complain about my food and on how they made it incorrect after i shared 2 details hung up on my face don’t recommend eating here.

First, they did not have all the items of my order so they sent random other items instead. Secondly the salad they sent was expired and all the lettuce was mushy. Third, when I tried to call because I didn’t want those other items and the expired salad they refuse me a refund. They would only give me free food instead. I said I didn’t want free food because the quality was very poor. When I said I prefer a refund, refusing the free items they offered they said I could call my bank but they would have to block me from Domino’s. All because they couldn’t refund the food only my bank could. The managers customer service is terrible. It’s not like I didn’t tip the delivery driver. I tipped the delivery driver 20 cash.

Not good at all, like at all. The pizza is always bubbled on top, and this time they didn’t even cut it all the way through so I had basically pull apart crust and zero actual slices. Just not good, too many shortcuts taken.

So I place an order and it shows it ready by sitting for over 28 minutes at the store. I call to ask what’s up. The driver appearantly had just left and was en route. Then they cancelled my delivery. All in all, an hour later,
3 hungry kids and no food. The experience couldn’t be worse

It's Domino's so I'm willing to give it four stars because it seems to always get here quickly. Do they forget an extra icing from time to time...yes, but the app lets you easily get a credit. The app seems to always get better. My only request, bring back the Noid!

I order from this domino's location at least once a month, sometimes more like twice a week. The service is always friendly. However, the pizzas are burnt half of the time, and they never listen to how I requested the pizzas to be made and cut. We have picky eaters. One person only eats hand tossed crusted large triangle cut pizza with pepperoni or bacon. The second person really prefers hand tossed crusted pineapple pizza cut into little squares and triangles. The third person doesn't like any toppings, only cheese and sauce. The fourth person only eats thin crusted pepperoni and sausage pizza cut into big triangles. The fifth person likes pineapple pizza, but also prefers thin crust or pan. Whenever I order pizzas for us, the toppings, crust, and cut preferences don't match what I order. The best "hack" I've found is to order each pizza as a separate order in hopes that they'll read and execute the ticket properly.

Takes over an hour to deliver, then I could not understand the drjver and he could not find my address despite me having put it into the delivery address section, the pizza looks nothing like other dominoes locations and is gross and dry and small .

The manager at this location is unbelievably rude. We had a large order and over half the order was missing, and what we got was cold. I asked for a refund due to the food being cold and never receiving the rest of our order, and the manager actually told me he was going to block me from ordering from there again because I wouldn’t take the offer of a “free pizza”. The lack of an apology or any kind of customer service in this situation was so surprising to me. There’s more to the story but this is the gist of it.

Ordered at 6pm it's 930 and still nothing I called they said on the way that was an hour ago this place is horrible don't order from here ever just called no answer these people are
