Quality has drastically changed from last year. New owner?I drive quite a bit further into Santa Barbara location instead of Patterson store because they have a more tasty pizza with generous toppings.

Do not order delivery from this dominos. Takes like 2 hrs to get to you. Not the employees fault so don’t give them a hard time. There just isn’t enough staff.

Quality dramatically declined in the past three years, and they lose every other order or deliver it to the wrong address. Used to be my go to for the last 10 years but it’s not worth the trouble anymore
I feel sorry for the employees at this location. Management has failed them completely. The employees should have tossed the keys to a customer and walked out. When I went in to pick up my pizza order there were only 2 guys working behind the counter, the phone was not being answered, their computer was signaling new orders all the time, and there was at least fifteen people in their tiny waiting area waiting for their orders. I never saw a Dominos delivery driver once during my 45 minute wait for our pie and there were a couple of dozen finished pies all boxed up waiting for delivery or something.When I ordered our pizza the online app gave me a 40-50 minute expected waiting time. We arrived at 50 minutes. Eventually, I got an employee's attention and asked for my order. He shuffled aimlessly through some finished pizza's in their boxes and then told me my pizza was still being made. During the next 45 minutes, while we continue to wait, people continued to come in to order or to pick up pizzas. No one was getting any orders handed to them. It was like the employees were making pizzas as fast as they could but nothing was going out the door. Frankly, I'm surprised the unserved group of people crammed into the waiting area weren't triggered into destructive mob behavior. I know there was a store manager that was at home that Saturday evening before Easter while his or her employees were drowning amid orders, phone calls, and live customers. I expect I'll be corresponding with the district manager soon. But believe me, I do not expect to be impressed with district management either.

The thin crust is burned on one side (1/2 the pie). They ONLY cut is in squares, they REFUSE to cut it in pie cut. (Ordered a number of times, always requested, never done. Pretty skimpy on the toppings!

Worst dominos ever. They screw up your order and then it's crickets from them when you ask for it to be made right. They shouldn't be allowed to operate under the dominoes franchise they are that bad.

LATE DELIVERY and BARELY WARM:We ordered pizza delivery and were told it would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. It came more than 1-1/2 hours later. There was a gentle knock at the door and the pizza was left on the door mat. It was barely warm and the cheese was hard and had to be rewarmed to soften the cheese. I called about our late pizza and they only offered free bread twists as compensation with our next order......BE WARNED EVERYONE

Tried finding out if their dough contained sesame, was transferred around until I was told to contact the vendor or order from somewhere else. Great customer service
