They made me a sandwich. I opened my wallet to find out I only had a $100 dollar bill and a few ones. They refused to accept the 100? Even though they were counting the drawer in front of me? Said it was against company policy. They wanted me to run and get change? No more jersey mikes for me!

The employees were really sweet, but I’m finally recognizing that I don’t like jersey mikes. They’re disgusting. Charleys cheesesteak makes the perfect cheesesteak/chicken without soggy bread. And their meals come with fries and a drink. Jersey mikes is a tiny nasty soggy bread sandwich—the barely any condiments that’s overpriced. No drink comes with it—no fries, like the food is a hard pass.🤮🤮the only thing they have good is their root beer.
Employees were just flirting with another patron and didn't get my order right. Also they were playing loud rap "music" with a lot of obscenities.

The Manager is an idiot! A friend and I were on vacation in Santa Barbara and ate here. Before our lunch we had shopped at the clothing store Tilly's which is literally right next door to this Jersey Mike's location. My friend purchased 2 shirts and accidently left the Tilly's bag on the floor in Jersey Mike's. We left and flew home that same day and my friend discovered that he had left the bag. He called the Jersey Mike's and got the manager who CONFIRMED they had my friends bag and shirts. All my friend asked the manager to do was walk the bag 100 feet back to Tilly's and give it to an employee there because they would refund my friend his money on those shirts. He didn't ask the manager to SHIP the stuff or do anything that was a major inconvenience, just walk 100 feet and give the bag to someone in Tilly's. The manager REFUSED! If this is the type of person that is managing this location, I'd stay clear of it.

ZERO ⭐ Ate at this location while on vacation over the 4th of July holiday. My friend and I had shopped at a store literally right next door to this Jersey Mike's. My friend left his bag with a couple of t-shirts that he bought at the store in the Jersey Mike's on the floor when we left. We called back the next day and spoke to the manager who confirmed that he had the bag with the shirts in it. By now my friend and I had both flown home out of state. My friend asked the store manager if he could literally walk 100 ft to the store next to his establishment and give the bag with the shirts to the manager or a cashier at the store because they were going to give my friend a refund on those items so that he could go purchase them at the same store where he lives. The manager absolutely refused to walk 100 ft and return the bag to the store next to his Jersey Mike's store. If that's not ignorant and selfish I don't know what is. If that's the kind of person that is managing this establishment I would stay clear of it.
