Took way too long to complete an online order and was given the wrong order. This place is clearly unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle working a lunch rush. Don’t come here unless you can afford to wait 15 mins to pick up an online order that should have been ready.

They made me a sandwich. I opened my wallet to find out I only had a $100 dollar bill and a few ones. They refused to accept the 100? Even though they were counting the drawer in front of me? Said it was against company policy. They wanted me to run and get change? No more jersey mikes for me!

The employees were really sweet, but I’m finally recognizing that I don’t like jersey mikes. They’re disgusting. Charleys cheesesteak makes the perfect cheesesteak/chicken without soggy bread. And their meals come with fries and a drink. Jersey mikes is a tiny nasty soggy bread sandwich—the barely any condiments that’s overpriced. No drink comes with it—no fries, like the food is a hard pass.🤮🤮the only thing they have good is their root beer.
