I really want to support Kyle 's because they're local and support many good causes, but they consistently mess up my order. It's so bad that it feels like a 50/50 toss up they'll get it right. It happened again tonight. I ordered online for pick-up. I was handed a big bag that was stapled at the top. When I got home only 3 out of 5 items were in the bag, despite the receipt which was stapled to the bag being correct. Does no one bother to double check they packed everything? I called and the employee on the phone told me there was nothing they could do. Not even reimburse me or give me credit. It wasn't worth going back in rush hour traffic. I probably won't go back again. What a waste.

I work late I come here all the time for years asked for a salad to go and read refused service.
My last order you forgot to add the child’s burger left it with just cheese. I ordered a shrimp ceasers salad forgot the shrimp. 34 dollars later.
I don’t like leaving these reviews but this is ridiculous.

The food is pretty good when done correctly, but my orders the past year have always been incorrect, it's super frustrating. I’ve paid extra to add items to my burger and they’re always left out. The sauce cups have also gotten smaller while prices stayed the same, so it's disappointing that I'm paying for nothing. The quality and type of ingredients seem to be inconsistent. I truly want to love this place because there is so much potential but lately the quality is low. The staff here is friendly so that's a plus. 3.5/5

The sliders were decent, both the Korean and fried chicken sliders were a little dry. The half fries and onion strings were really good. Overall the experience was pretty decent, just slightly disappointed about the sliders especially for the price.

I’ve came here before, and have asked for the same combo every time, which is a krispy chicken with fries and a drink the total comes out to .. 10$ and this time around a girl named Tianna was first of all rude and wasn’t paying attention to our order. Proceeded to giving us a number for a table that we didn’t ask for? Very unprofessional it’s a shame because the food is very good.
Tianna refused to give me my full order (Krispy Chicken combo) after I had paid for the full amount. She should not take out her frustration on customers. As a local I'm never coming here again.

First time at Kyles Kitchen. Burgers and chicken sandwiches make this place a good to for a long day and good food. Family friendly atmosphere with clean restrooms and plenty of sitting area inside and out. Lots of parking. There is a tap room with local beers and they have ciders.

Placed an order for an office team lunch with a delivery time of 12:10. Had to call in multiple times after food was over 30 mins late. They cannot help and do not have tracking in their drivers - which they apparently outsource to DoorDash even though DoorDash wasn’t used. Food arrived over 40 minutes late and dead cold AND missing items (because of course). Will never order or go into Kyle’s again - unreliable delivery and too busy to take calls from customers.
