Laowang has been my fav place during my college years at UCSB. All food there are great and my favorite is the noodle soup. It warms my stomach and heart on the days that I feel homesick. I strongly recommend this place in IV to everyone!

LOVED the food here, one of my favorites in IV. The garlic chicken rice bowl was incredible, especially with some chili oil from the condiments bar. I liked that I was able to customize it a bit! Great service and delicious food (the egg rolls are also delicious). Definitely recommend!
My favorite restaurant in IV! Quick and friendly service. Vibey decorations with custom murals inside. Flavorful dishes, and soft, sweet, moist bao buns. Chicken is crispy without being dry. They even have fries! I like getting the noodle soup on chilly days. Spicy and non-spicy options. There are a little quail eggs in the soup that are cute and tasty! I highly recommend the chicken curry rice bowl.

The portion of the barbecued pork lunch box is quite sufficient. The sauce is delicious, but the barbecued pork meat is a bit woody and hard, but overall it's good.

Idk why the Greek life people keep doing collaborations with them their chicken and pork is dry and their food is just white rice with teriyaki sauce. Makes Panda Express look like gourmet food. Also overpriced (25 bucks for a tiny take out box + side)
