This particular McDonalds is very special. All the staff is friendly and happy. I notice customer service (good and bad) as I was a CS Manager for 35years. This crew is top notch. And the cleanliness spot on. Everyone is always sweeping, mopping, cleaning. Hey Blanca you are the greatest.

Very unpleasant experience. We had an issue with our order, and unfortunately, the manager, Marina, did the least to help us. She treated us as if we were the problem and spoke to us in a dismissive and condescending way. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously at all.
We left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Definitely disappointed in the customer service here.

Went on a hot day to get some ice cream. They barely filled the serving container half way full for a sundae and mc flurry. There was also a weird guy inside talking loudly about my little pony inappropriately and staff just laughed at him.

I often order food at this McDonald’s, but there are regularly issues with the service quality. The staff frequently mix up drinks or forget items—I have to go back and remind them that the order is incomplete. A few times, I’ve been given opened apple packages, and there was dirt in the cup meant for hot water. Sometimes, when I come to pick up my order, the drink is missing, and I have to track down an employee to explain that it wasn’t given to me—sometimes even arguing with them. They don’t even apologize.
