My order was simple, a 5 dollar meal deal. Curbside order. After about 10 minutes it was already marked that I received my food even though I didn't. I figured they must've just been about to run it out to me but 5 more minutes passed and they didn't. I went inside and asked what was going on with my order and it took them 5 more minutes to finally have it. The 5 dollar meal deal is simple. A mcdouble, small fries, 4 nuggets,1 sauce, 1 small drink. Shouldn't take that long. Victor was the manager on duty.

i was here for 42 minutes i timed it they gave everyone there order but me skipped over it almost went threw like 3 rushes of people and then my order
It's a McDonald's... idk what you're expecting for a review. Order the food like good obedient zombies and get your cheap junk that will keep you alive another day.

i rate all the lowest because i will not give them any credit because they do not deserve it. it was absolutely ridiculous how long an order of a coke and a cheeseburger and a medium fry took. it was about 20 minutes. and it wasn't even that busy in the store. totally ridiculous. not going there anymore. left my plastic coke container and lid in the parking lot. everyone should litter their lot.

I stopped in here multiple times throughout the day(s) in my travels, had a steak bagel meal which was fine, it was typical McDonald's food although a little cool and I upgraded my coffee but was charged full price for a second coffee instead of just a small upcharge to the meal for a different coffee choice...service is okay, a little slow or casual for "fast food" even when not busy but with orders online for curbside, or pickup by courier, I guess that could be why? The people are friendly and most of the time someone is at the counter for you which is a welcome change since covid. Most other places that have kiosks figure you can use those and they don't have to greet you or anything else. Atmosphere is different depending on how busy they are. My concern is with the bathroom, it smells horrible! I mentioned to someone who is apparently a manager who shook her head, smiled and asked if I wanted a drink, she didn't seem to speak much English. I said no, the bathroom has a horrible smell. She came over and went in. I mentioned using Bleach in the floor drain to help that- next day stopped in again after going across the parking lot to Home Depot for information on MSDS (material safety data sheets) for an enzyme product that would help clean the floor drain(s) to take care of that awful urine smell. It's bad, like hold your breath it might choke you out with the smell of urine. She took the sheets and hopefully will fix the problem. It is literally a walk across the parking lot to get the product, or use bleach with cold water, or use baking soda and vinegar and put a plastic cup over the drain while it works...but the one product from home depot will clean the drain(s) which will make that smell go away. The cause is gunk in the drains/pipes. I don't know how anyone could eat there if they used the restroom first. This morning I could slightly smell it as I walked to the counter. I know it is the floor drain(s) because the place itself *seems* clean, so it is technically an easy fix, and someone should fix it. Don't just smile at me and shake your head yes...sanitation and cleanliness are an important part of running a clean food business. Is there bacteria in the air from the lack of proper maintenance in your bathrooms? Is it getting in the food before or after prep? Are the employees even washing their hands in that bathroom since it smells so bad in there? Is the health department aware of this? Would it effect their rating? That's what's going through my mind when I first went in there. Besides, EWW GROSS! I can't wait to be done in here. Please fix that ONE THING, and this place for being fast food would be that much better. I don't usually rate or review anyone or anyplace but this *to me* needed to actually be heard since it seemed to have been ignored. Whether that was due to language difficulties (props to you for knowing two languages, you are already better than me) or something else...I was attempting to help you out and do a kindness for you and future customers, buy the product across your parking lot or PLEASE use some bleach or the baking soda in there! It would take minutes.
