I ordered the pear and arugula salad, but it came with apple instead of pear, (which I was never told about). I don’t think customers should have to pay full price for a dish that’s made with substituted cheaper ingredients.

Food and atmosphere is fantastic, but the Goleta location has given the wrong food over 20 times! I’m sorry for the one star but I cannot accept receiving the incorrect order so many times. Please train your workers to read! Smh

There was a beard hair on my burger! The service was great, and they made a new burger, but it still doesn’t change the fact that there was a beard hair in my burger!!!!

Lily made our experience great! She greeted us warmly and made sure our order was correct. We had a large group and she delivered our food to the table with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Burger and fries were great! Service was phenomenal!

It's worth the drive as the food is excellent and always tastes great. The Mesa Burger is simple but full of flavor. Try the Onion Rings if you want to upgrade from fries as they are both good.
