Hands down best ramen we've ever had. Have traveled SFO->LAX->Golita just to eat the veggies ramen then drive back to LA.Never miss a chance to eat here.

Heading down south we stopped by Nikka Ramen for lunch. I ordered Tonkotsu Black "Kuro" Ramen which had the traditional thin noodles, Pork Shoulder and the broth was made out of pork broth, soy based sauce and garlic oil. The pork shoulder was soooooo tender and was super flavorful. One of the better Ramens I had in my life. Also my friends said to put a little bit of vinegar in the soup. Amazing food!

Tried the Spicy Aka Ramen as suggested by two employees. Did not disappoint, super yummy broth, 3 out of 5 spicy on my scale. I usually do not like spicy ramen when trying a new place since the spice usually masks the broth taste, but not here, it's just the right amount of spice to broth flavor. The pork belly shashu is rich and nicely marbled as it should be. I added an egg but was not needed as the bowl is already balanced as it is. The staff is friendly and attentive, I counted about 8 to 9 in the visible kitchen area, not including the servers and support staff. Whoever said you can't serve tasty, yummy ramen or any food fast and efficiently should use this place as a case study. Kudos to this staff and team, and 10 stars to them all. I will be back to try the Garlic Ramen with the thick noodles.

I was visiting the area for work and went here with coworkers one evening. Fantastic ramen! I got the Tonkotsu with pork belly and it was honestly the best I've ever had. I'll be visiting here again next time I'm in town!
Holy cow just ate here for the first time ever and I’m blown away!! Poke bowls, some baos, some pork belly, all of it absolutely delicious. Everything tastes fresh and is full of flavor, best poke I’ve had in Santa Barbara. I will be back!

I love the food here, especially the black garlic ramen. It's a large bowl of deliciousness, enough for 3-4 meals for me. The waitstaff are all gracious and really want to make the customer happy. There are tables indoors and outside (with a lovely view of the parking lot). Last time I tried an ice cream bar with chocolate bobo inside, covered in something yummy - very different and tasty.Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping mall. Plenty of parking when I went there for lunch.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Used to be the best ramen place for me. The only one that had cold shoyu on their menu that I haven't found anywhere else. So sad they removed it, big minus point, now it's just like any other ramen place around and not worth the drive unless you're in that area anyways.

I don't leave many reviews, but these guys deserve one. I ordered the salmon/tuna poke bowl, large size, and that's what it was! Generous portion and great flavors. The fish was fresh and the spices just right. The service was quick and the price was amazing at $15.00. The Gyoza was delicious as well. I had mine to go tonight, but next time maybe I'll dine in. Either way, I'll be back!
