Don't order delivery through their website! the people that work at the store can't do ANYTHING about online delivery orders. Also, if the order shows up damaged, they won't take responsibility and will blame the delivery driver. I won't be ordering from them again.

the only reason i left a star is because there’s no lower option, i was the only person in there picking up a birthday cake, i ordered red velvet, and that lady gave me the wrong cake, it should not be that hard to grab the correct cake that your customer has asked for. i will not be returning here as this is not the first time this has happened, i would highly recommend that you don’t visit this place either.

The staff here was incredibly helpful and provided great service. The service was fast and very efficient, making my experience even more enjoyable. The cakes are also very moist, full of flavor, and looks amazing!

These cakes are marvelous! We get the little ones and split them 4 ways. Plenty of energy to keep you going for a while. Recently we used the little cakes from the Goleta store for a fundraiser for a school sports team. The owner seamlessly and timely prepared nearly 400 cakes. All of the staff was super helpful and wonderful to work with. Thank you!

these cakes are so good. The employees there are amazing and super friendly. In particular Samantha is great. She took care of decorating a cake for my daughter and she loved it. You are lucky to have employees like her.

I have previously tried their cakes, no doubt they are good. My complain is regarding their service. It is downright rude and unacceptable.I had a pick up order scheduled on a Sunday morning at 9 AM through their portal. These are the events that transpired.I arrive at 9:30. Door is locked.I call. No one picks up. I decide to wait half an hour in my car. No big deal.Door opens at 10. I say I had a pickup order, salesperson takes my info and brings the cake.Before leaving I inform the salesperson that I had to wait. Before I can finish she cuts me off and says the store opens at 10. I ask then why did you have an option to pick up at 9? She flatly replies "I don't take care of that".So far I am totally understanding of her situation. Then I say okay, perhaps you can talk to the concerned personnel. This is where things get unacceptable. She just leaves me and starts talking to another customer. A simple "sorry for the inconvenience, we will look into the portal issue" would have sufficed and I would have left it there.Anyways. Cake is good. Service is bad. That's all.

Make sure you have your own fork if you want to treat yourself to an afternoon cake. Apparently this store doesn’t give forks due to covid. Every other food establishment seems to be able to give out forks with purchase of food, maybe there is a special clause for bakeries.....probably not. Not to mention the staff had a bad attitude. I won’t return....Anna’s always give forks with their treats.
