I ordered two dozen bundtinis online through their third-party system. Before pickup, I called the store and was left on hold for over five minutes. When my husband arrived, he was kept waiting and then given a hard time—staff even tried to charge him for plates and utensils, even though the online order form clearly stated they were free. To make matters worse, I later realized we were shorted an entire dozen bundtinis. The third party eventually refunded that portion, but...

The staff here was incredibly helpful and provided great service. The service was fast and very efficient, making my experience even more enjoyable. The cakes are also very moist, full of flavor, and looks amazing!

These cakes are marvelous! We get the little ones and split them 4 ways. Plenty of energy to keep you going for a while. Recently we used the little cakes from the Goleta store for a fundraiser for a school sports team. The owner seamlessly and timely prepared nearly 400 cakes. All of the staff was super helpful and wonderful to work with. Thank you!
