Still the best fish and chips in Goleta! Waffle Sundae kicks ass too! Friendly staff, decent prices!

Trying new local spots I came across this place immediately fell in love with it as they have chicken and waffles on their menu and don’t get me started on their omelettes besides the food being top tier the staff has always been amazing, courteous and always polite. Caitlin is the one that’s helped me a few times and she’s an exceptional employee she honestly deserves a raise because the customer service for a food place like this is beyond what I expected. They have my business and will be coming by again soon for that delicious food.

My shrimp taco was excellent 😊. The people I was with raved about the fish and chips. Nice outside seating

OTA Smashed Burger – A Letdown
We were genuinely excited to try the new smashed burger at OTA, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a big disappointment. It felt like very little thought was put into the quality or execution of the burger.

First, the bun was noticeably low quality — not toasted, and soaked in an overwhelming amount of sauce, which made it soggy. The patties were thick and lacked the signature crispiness and thinness that define a true smashed burger. It missed the mark entirely.

We struggled to finish our food, which is rare for me as I’m usually a huge fan of smashed burgers — I never get tired of them. But after this experience, I honestly think I’ll need a break from them for a while.

We really wanted to love this, but OTA missed the opportunity to make a great first impression with their take on a classic favorite.

We like OTA. The prices for fish in SB is not cheap. The fish tacos and sandwich were well within our expectation. This is a fun casual restaurant. We will return if we are in the area.

Had the fish and chips, fish was delicious-fresh, nice amount of batter and a large portion. They had a good selection of draft beers as well. Nice casual spot and a good value

Came here by accident - charging the car and it was raining - needed a pit stop. The staff was friendly and fish and chips was perfect. Coffee was hot and ready. This place does it right. Clean and no frills

Everything was pretty much bland. It's hard to be disappointed in a bacon grilled cheese with 2 cheeses. Tasted like mild cheddar and provolone or jack. The bread had almost no butter, it was more a toasted cheese. My friend had the pulled pork sandwich. Again how is that bland?

My sandwich was okay, but the chicken was very dry and overcooked. The Tabasco mayo or whatever it was is strange to me but, maybe it's better with not dry chicken.
