Very bad. Poor service, gross food. Save your $23 for something better than a burger here

Very horrible service. 2 nice seeming hosts talked amongst themselves before formally addressing me , for a resteraunt they only seemed to offer me 4 menu items when i came to eat they had an extensive drink menu, i noticed the options for food others had been presented had never been given to me as a choice they claimed they didn't have and wouldnt serve the food i was told they had and could serve, waste of time, i had to asked about getting served for food twice asked the server 3 times if they served said dish they said they had, after basically playing wierd or dumb with me i had enough and left only got a glass of water wanted to eat and recommend it to a bunch of people, now ill never come back and will tell anyone i know and many i meet to never go there, also the tables and chairs and countertops were extremely dirty, dirty rags used to clean tables, paint chipping all around the buissness, unclean tile floors , eating and drinking while on shift and talking instead of checking on customers also i was asked is everything all good here assuming i ordered when she was supposed to take my order, training is needed all staff seemed new with no urgency or cleanliness , dont go here.

We have eaten at the Caya Restaurant several times, and the service and food were good. However, this time we were very disappointed with both the food and service. We had reserved a table to eat Thanksgiving dinner, and most of our experience was poor. We arrived early, figuring we would have a cocktail on the patio while we waited for our table. The fire pit was great, but the service on the patio was lacking. We sat there for a while, and since no one came out to serve us, I entered the restaurant to get the attention of a server. We asked about drinks and appetizers. We were informed that the kitchen was not serving appetizers on Thanksgiving Day. We ordered drinks, and we waited for nearly 30 minutes for them. The drinks were inferior to the drinks we have had at the Caya in the past. We were seated for dinner, and we each chose a meal from the set menu. The squash soup was excellent, but the salad was unimpressive. The New York Strip steak was mediocre, and the turkey meal was reminiscent of cafeteria food. We felt rushed at dinner as our dessert was served before we finished eating. I would not recommend the Caya for holiday meals.

Restaurant was not prepared for our 4-person table. Gave us a soup but have to wait a long time for our waitress to show up and we can ask for a spoon. Barely filled our glass of water. A different waiter gave us 3 pumpkin pies for dessert even though we ordered 4 apple pies, I even ask the waiter again like "that's apple pie?" And he said "yes" as if we're stupid to recognize the difference between those pies. And had to wait a long time for our waitress to show up so we can tell her that the order delivered is wrong. Our waitress is nice but she barely shows up and not really accommodating. Not coming back here, sorry.

Limited menu but great food and drinks! Loved the live music - guitar solo - and casual ambience. Server was very attentive. Would definitely come back! Looks like a cute hotel too (restaurant is inside).

My husband and I just went on a lunch date here. The service was completely disjointed; servers gone for long stretches, didn’t know what was on the menu, etc. We ordered a dessert, but after paying for it when ordering (their lunch operations are order and pay at counter) and more than a half an hour of it not coming, and asking multiple times, we had to give up and leave to make it back to work on time. Nice ambiance but completely disorganized.

Great tugged away location with very nice ambience. Drinks/Cocktails were awesome - we tried a couple of appetizers as well and good quality is fresh and delicious.

We utilized the Open Table reservation system for the first time and were thoroughly satisfied. We brought our Frenchie with us and sat in the covered patio area. The servers were very friendly and we enjoyed our meal in a nice, quiet environment. The food was great and the entire experience was pleasant and enjoyable. We will probably return in the future because we were welcomed with warm smiles and great service.

It was solid for an onsite restaurant. I enjoyed sitting outside. I orderedthe Goodland Breakfast - the eggs were prepared the right way and the potatoes were nice and crispy. The bacon was lacking so I'd maybe try their house ham. The coffee was good.
