I placed an online order with Panda Express, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. Luckily, I had my email receipt. Even though the place was absolutely slammed during the lunch rush, Yesenia took one look, said “no problem,” and got me my food right away. I even offered a small tip for the team’s hard work, and she just smiled and asked if I could leave a review instead. They were hustling non-stop with a line out the door, and Yesenia’s service was top-notch. I couldn’t recommend them more—big shoutout to Yesenia for turning a mix-up into a great experience!

Placed an online order of three 2-Entree Plates on 22nd Jan, 2025, picked up at the Goleta, CA store at 6:25PM. After picked up the food and drove home, I found that one of the plates was missing one entrée (Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. The original 2-entree order was Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and String Bean Chicken along with Chow Mein. I was looking at the Take Out box and thinking that I had two options: Drive back to the store (8 miles round trip) and ask for the missing entrée, or just forget about it and get less than what I paid for. Obviously, there is a defect in the operational procedure in handling online orders. I tried to feedback my online order experience to Panda Express, but the feedback survey on their website only accepts In-store orders with Store number and Order number. Since their online order does not show Store number and have a longer order number than the In-store order, it does not accept feedback from online order customer.

Today july 24 2024. It was 40 minutes before closing and they had 3 entrees and fried rice, no white rice nor chow mein. And they tell me we close soon we are not making any more food!

The quality of noodles here were not good, there were large clumps of uncooked noodles in all of our food as well as with the rice. The serving portions were also not the minimum you'd expect at Panda.
